First let me start off by saying the team members at this location we’re amazing and went out of their way to assist me now that being said the individual on duty acting as supervisor whomever he is really needs to get an updated class on customer service and basic fraction mathematics. Tonight I stopped in there for a family size chili (for those who may not know that is roughly about five large chilies in one giant Bowl to take home to the family) when paying at the counter the cashier asked me if I would like cheese and onion and I said please, thinking of course that it would be enough cheese and onion for a family size chili. So when I seen the cashiers assistance putting together my order and it was a small container of chili cheese and a small container of onion I requested to purchase some additional. One of the other team members said oh not the small containers you need to use the larger ones for the family size container basic mathematics 101 makes sense to me because had I ordered a large chili I would have gotten a small side of onion and a small side of cheese to put on top of one large. However I’m getting five largest which means you would get 5 cups of cheese and 5 cups of onion correct? No you would be wrong in assuming so at this Wendy’s according to the supervisor on duty. I did offer to pay for additional cheese and onion from the beginning so I went to the cashier to purchase an extra cheese and onion and it was in the dawned on me and so I asked the supervisor on duty if I was getting a large chili with extra cheese and onion on the side you would give me what the small container of each correct he said yes. So I asked him how many chilies were in a family size chili and he answered five. So of course I inquired then why would I not get five small containers of onion and five small containers of cheese? (Again basic mathematics fractions people). 1 chili one small cheese one small onion on side 2 Chili’s two small cheese too small onion on side etcetera etcetera or so you would think. Now mind you I have purchased additional cheese and onion at this point and the supervisor on duty still refused to understand the basics of my simple equation. This is why I say they need to get a refresher course on customer service and the quantities of side items you get with a larger item. 23 employees working under him this evening I commend you. You provided excellent customer service and was willing to rectify the error with no hassle. My suggestion is that set management takes a step back or even take a seat and sit and observe as the other employees teach him a thing or two about customer service. Side note I would consider myself a pretty much regular at this location I make it a routine to stop in there at least once a week. And as usual I only deal with the cashiers and the window person and they’re always phenomenal. This time however I went inside to purchase the family chili and this was the outcome. Management don’t forget where you started and don’t forget where you came from the little people have it right and because of these little people I will be returning certainly not because of the hospitality and service offered to me from management.
I have added a few pictures just for GP and visual comparison.

DO NOT get the salad from here. They serve rotten salad that are WELL PAST the expiration date. My mother ate the salad last night and woke up with Food poisoning. She smelled the bag with the salad in it and it smelled like rotten death. BE CAREFUL

Smells like raw sewage inside. There is no live person to take your order. The kiosk is difficult to navigate and it takes your name directly from your CC and displays it for all the restaurant to see and the worker to shout out. Do better Wendy’s.

Today was my second and final time visiting this location. The first time I went I ordered the number #1 and it poorly assembled. The mustard and ketchup were haphazardly applied. The lettuce piece was too big and the tomato wasn’t fresh. I ended up throwing the top bun away. The fries were room temperature. On today I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo. I ordered the drink w/o. They are notorious for giving you 3/4 cup of ice and a little drink. The drink provided was literally a little cup. Looked like something served with a kids meal. Maybe it’s just this location because I never experienced this before. You have subpar food and now you substitute a small drink with a kids cup. Do better Wendy’s

I’ve traveled the country a lot. I worked in food service for years. This is the laziest staff I have seen yet. Your job is already the easiest on earth. How is an entire staff this bad at their jobs? What’s the requirement for getting a job here? You have to be able to count to 5? Do better.

I ordered my food at 3:23 AM. Unfortunately, life happens. I ended up there at.4:04 AM.. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order I placed on the app. The manager asked me what did I order? I repeated everything exactly what it read off of my receipt. The manager, whom I spoke to and brought my food out to me to my car…, I did not get her name, but she is a Hispanic woman manager there . I feel that she went above and beyond her means to make my order”FRESH” that I placed at 3:23 AM. I told her how appreciated grateful and how good hearted she is for doing that; it really hit my heart❤️ She went above and beyond to take care of me. I love that and I thank her for that.❤️❤️❤️❤️ we need more people like that in this world

I thought McDonald’s was terrible. These people didn’t even try to get the order correct. 47 dollars and all I got was two burgers you can get for a 1.25 at dollar tree and two drinks. I think Wendy’s officially took over as the establishment with the worst associates in Red Oak. Congratulations, you lost me as a customer and I’ll tell everyone I know about how I was ripped off.

By far my worst experience at this location I did an online order for A drive-through pick up we ordered a large frosty and when we got up there and the frosty machine is unavailable, because they just cleaned it so she asked us if we wanted a different drink and while we were making our decision she rolled her eyes at us not sure why. After she gave us our drink she told us to pull up behind a car that was already waiting there’s no one else behind me so I was confused. The WHOLE reason I placed an online order was so I didn’t have to wait. Besides the point I was also trying to figure my order out because it didn’t say the Frosty’s were unavailable. She had came back to the window for a second time to tell me to scoot up and with an attitude she said “I don’t know why you didn’t do it the first time I said it” And slammed the window. I didn’t get any compensation for my missing frosty just attitude from the worker. Not sure of her name she had a red shirt and was the only one working drive-through night shift on May 23rd 2025.
