Customer Service was impeccable. I had the 3 meat plate (turkey, pork belly and honey whiskey glazed pork belly bites) and 2 sides (smoked Mac and cucumber salad). Everything and I mean everything was amazing. My favorite was the honey whiskey glazed bites. 10/10

I was working at Pecan Grove Church and Pablo sent us over. He told us where the best BBQ in town was, let me tell you- he was wrong… it was the best BBQ I’ve ever had! I tried the mango burnt ends, pulled pork, and the brisket. All fantastic. It’s a good drive from SA but completely worth it. Thanks Tommy Joes!

Worth the ride! Best pork belly bites that I’ve ever eaten! Everything was delicious! The turkey is out of this world! Mac &cheese are top tier! 100% recommended! The staff is everything that is good in this world!

I went in here not expecting much since I’m a bbq enthusiast and have tried everything around the area including San Antonio and have not had good luck but Tommy Joe’s has just changed that for me. There customer service and recommendations were excellent! The burnt ends, dang best ones ever! The ribs, the pork and the turkey all juicy without the extra seasoning or smokiness some others have, these were perfectly balanced. The mac and cheese was creamy and homemade, these green beans let me just say I wasn’t going to order them but glad I did! They’re so flavorful and it had chunks of meat that it had was the cherry on top! They’re potato salad was fresh and again perfectly made without too much mayonnaise. Definitely has won my business. The prices are very comparable to other bbq places.

Expensive yes but this brisket is tender and juicy like you need it in your life. Anyone passing through here should stop and try their delicious BBQ. They have excellent down to earth friendly service along with getting your food quickly. My only disappointment is how seldom I’ll be in Lytle in the future.

Highly recommend this establishment this is the real deal mesquite smoked bbq i went on the first day opening at this location and still returning to enjoy the craft bbq they serve the food is amazing customer service is extremely excellent the bbq rub they sell goes good with any meat or poultry you apply it to will definitely going back for more real texas bbq amazing job outside seating for the warm sunny days and indoor seating is available as well the passion and service this family is putting out for the customers is amazing

I’m not a BBQ connoisseur, but I do know good tasting BBQ. My son stopped by on Father’s Day for the first time. We’d been wanting to try it for a while now. They were out of sides, but it was late in the day. So he ordered brisket and turkey. Oh my goodness is it DELICIOUS!! The brisket was Tender with that little layer of tasty fat, Mmmmmmm! The turkey was tender and juicy! It came with two sauces, pickles and onions, and bread. I’m not a saucy person, I like to taste what I’m eating. Talk about some good Texas BBQ!!
