Honestly a little underwhelmed. We were excited to get a Jimmy John’s close to us finally, but we were confused that they don’t deliver to us. Google maps shows our address only 2.6 miles and 8 minutes away. Hardly a long drive at all. Once we went and picked up our sandwiches, I was blown away by how small they were. Just look at the picture I added. Extremely skinny bread, hardly any actual meat and overloaded with lettuce. Surely not worth the $12+ per sandwich. I know this is a new location but I hope it gets better

I understand this is a new location, but why must you place someone awful at customer service as the individual taking orders. They are the first people to interact with customers. A very odd interaction with Addison. No welcome, no smile, just a blank stare. I asked how much lunch boxes are and she just walked away to talk to someone who makes sandwiches. A normal response would be, hey I don’t know let me ask. She acts as if I know the menu inside out. After someone puts in their first order the order typically would ask is there anything else or is that all? This gal just stares at you, after she takes her a long time to put in the order. At the end of the line, she handed me one empty box so I can fill it myself. Another employee told her she was supposed to set/fill the box not the customer. Addison clearly said, “she took the box from me”. Why would I reach over the counter to grab a box and fill it myself. Jimmy John’s is not self service. I’ll try again in six months, but some people are just not meant to work with customers.
