This restaurant is located in South Bend Airport after you go through security. Staff was overall friendly however they all appear to be stressful (no smile whatsoever). I ordered spicy veggie burger. Food quality was good. Service was ok too. There is only one restaurant in the airport so no other choices for food. Pricing was reasonable. Seating area was clean. If I spot smile next time, I will change it to five star

This for the Cafe in SouthBend airport. It is inside the security area so you can’t just go there if you’re not traveling. Otherwise it’s a nice little Cafe, employees were ok, service a bit slow but good compared to most airports. Dining area was clean.

THE most delicious hot chocolate I think I’ve ever had, and such sweet people working. Prices were reasonable – honestly not high enough given how fantastic the hot chocolate is. Area is quiet – able to people watch but not forced to interact or in the middle of the action. Delightful experience all around!

Being the sole restaurant and shop at South Bend Airport, they may be complacent, and it’s noticeable in their service. I would rate them four stars if their staff showed a bit more enthusiasm and friendliness. I would also increase my rating to four stars if my coffee hadn’t contained so many coffee grounds; I only noticed them when I had nearly finished my black coffee. They appear content with maintaining a mediocre level of service.

This is a nice place to get a meal before your flight. It’s like a diner, but you order and pay at the counter. They have burgers, sandwiches, salads, wings, etc. I got the BLT on sourdough bread, and it was great!
