Stopped in on a Friday night. Unfortunately the prime rib was sold out by 7pm.
I ended up splitting the petite sirloin and lb of Alaskan King Crab.
Steak had a nice flavor and cooked to perfection.
The crab legs were so/so. They came pre sliced so that helped considering they forgot to bring the proper crab silverware until they were about gone.
A few bites were definitely fishy tasting. But overall good for South Dakota. Not on many menus around here.
I feel that the 1 lb claim was a bit off. I had 1 lb in Alaska and it was a full two legs..this seemed like about 1.5 or 1.75.
Soup and salad bar were tasty! Also cheep beer so I appreciate that! Served in a Mason jar. $3.75 a pint!

The salad bar and food is usually very good. On our last visit, our server took our credit card and put up by cash register and then she served meals to a large table. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we went into the lounge to pay

If you’re a baseball ⚾️ fan and want a cool experience this is the place for you. The restaurant is located right next to the oldest ballpark in South Dakota. The ballpark is from 1921, and the restaurant opened in 1972. Where can you get this view and have a juicy ribeye and catch a ballgame in the summertime!

Food was “ok” not exceptional by any means!! Waited almost an hour for a Prime Rib dinner & an order of Chislic! Prime Rib was ordered medium rare but was definitely very rare!
Also, think almost $18 for a very simple, skimpy salad bar is ridiculous!

Had reservations for a group of 17 people. Service was great, food was great, and price was reasonable!

The server was fantastic, and very prompt. The food was ok. I had a burger and my husband had the pizza. The burger was a little bland for my taste. My husband enjoyed the pizza.

I travel for work and went out of the way 45 min just to eat here again. The staff are amazing just like the food. Ordered the ribeye steak. It was cooked perfect, the salad bar is on point, and priced right. Keep up the great work. I will definitely be seeing you the next time I am up that way.

I have been looking for a place that has good prime rib! I was so disappointed! It was tough over seasoned and my husband tried the cod and steamed shrimp. It was small and over cooked! 70 dollars and so disappointed!

Good cold beer, pleasant server, real good salad, chewy undercooked steak. Prices were good. I want to give four stars, but the ribeye steak was disappointing. Good atmosphere for a local grill. I love supporting the local places, but I got a bad cut. I’ll try it again when I’m in the area to give a second chance.

A steakhouse with good food, friendly servers, a salad bar and a full bar! It’s a steakhouse that exemplifies the quality you can get in a small Midwest town. It’s family friendly and has plenty of seating even for large families. You have to experience for yourself. Who knows you may become a regular.
