Atmosphere and the putt putt golf course is very cool and fun for family & kids.
It was very chilly outside – and the heaters weren’t working by the tables. The manager stated he was getting off and picking up propane for the heaters – but NEVER came back – so it was VERY unpleasant outside.
Eventually, they moved us indoors which was better for the babies. Disappointing that the manager told us directly he was getting propane and never came back – thus the 3-star service review. Our waitress was fine – had two while there.
The appetizer platters and boudin balls were good. We looked over the menu prior to going (our first time was today) we ordered the grand boil platter with two snow crabs, blue crab, sausage, and shrimp because of photos we saw and reviews. Very disappointing especially for the price. The crab legs were overcooked and cold yuck – as seen in the photo – and couldn’t get the meat out – they did make us two more to replace the previous ones -butter sauce was great. Very overpriced for the quality. The shrimp was rubbery (also a sign of overcooking). The corn was old and potatoes were “eh”. My son had 3lbs of crawfish and he said those were good. We also had three grandkids with us that had the flatbread pizza – they also didn’t eat much of their food – which is highly unusual for kids & pizza – over $200 for 3 adults, 3 kids (kid were $22 total). No alcoholic beverages and only two adults had something other than water.

We’ve recently moved to the area and seeing as how this place is always packed, we thought what could go wrong? We went in about noon on a Sunday for Brunch. There were quite a few people outside, so we elected to sit inside. The hostess was also the server. It appeared that they may have been short staffed as the overall time it took for everything seemed extended since there were perhaps 5 tables total occupied inside but there were extended periods of time that we did not see our server. We never received a refill on drinks once the food was delivered, so I have to assume. The only silverware on the table was a thin cheap fork wrapped in a thin cheap napkin. We did get a knife on our plate when the food showed up. We both ordered cocktails. Mine was overly tart and my wife’s was overly sweet to the point of being almost undrinkable. Nothing was shaken or mixedbefore being poured in the glass. It appeared that the cocktail ingredients were just poured in order directly in the glass and served. We ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer. Can’t really go wrong there. They were only warm. I was able to pick one up and take a bite as soon as they hit the table. no appetizer plates were brought. For our mains I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs, and my wife ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken fried steak and the chicken strips both appeared to be premade, frozen, and heated back up in the restaurant. The gravy on the steak was almost flavorless except maybe a fresh out of a can taste. There wasn’t a grain of seasoning on anything on either plate. The “hashbrowns” were a gloopy scoop of tasteless nothing in a bowl. Even the waffle didn’t look fresh. If it was, then it definitely wasn’t made to order. There wasn’t a single item on either plate that was hotter than room temperature. Nothing. Which is weird, because it only took about 15-20 minutes to get our food after we ordered. It simply didn’t have enough time to sit and get cold in that time span, yet literally everything on the plate was room temp or cold. Just 75 DOLLARS worth of cold tasteless premade disappointing food. The party at the table next to us left 30 minutes before we did. The table sat for that entire time uncleaned. The restaurant itself was generally clean and really looks like a fun place on the surface. Live music advertised and a cool outdoor space, but ultimately, I’m there for the food. I might come in for dinner one day and give them another shot but given how this visit was it’s a very big maybe.

We actually had an all day class here in their private room. The food was fantastic and I simply must come back as a customer because it looks like so much fun! The only improvement I’d recommend is adding some echo/sound proofing. This is a fun option for meetings!

Very disappointed. The server was great until the food was dropped off. We never recieved utensils or napkins. We eneded up going to the bar to get what we needed. No refills on our drinks, had to go to the bar for that as well. My granddaughter wanted ranch which was never recieved. By the time I got a fork to eat my avocado toast with eggs, the eggs were cold. The kids wanted to play games in the game room but the games wouldn’t take any dollar bills so they didn’t even get to play games. The server spent a lot of time at the table next to ours talking to them. The Bartender was very helpful.

I’ve visited a few times over the last 2 weeks while working in the area. Found service and food was hit or miss. I typically just sat myself at the outside bar. Where staff always seemed overwhelmed as there is typically only 1 bar tender trying to serve 25 guests at the bar and make drinks for the customers seated at tables.
KITCHEN CLOSES AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE. BE ADVISED.
I arrived on a Friday evening, a little busier than the norm. Sat at an outside table (that was sticky and gross) and waited for a waitress for 20 minutes. We ended up waving one down and asked her if she knew where our waitress was. Shortly thereafter, the waitress who was waiting on the table next to us finally came over to take our order.
Food also had a mixed review. After a few visits, the crawfish were either hot and fresh or cold and not. On my third visit, I ordered 5 lbs of crawfish. What came out was about 4 lbs of crawfish and a pound of just legs. I addressed this with the bartender, who just laughed and walked off. I then asked another waitress for a manager. The manager came over, and I showed her the portion of non-edible bits I was given. Agreeing that it was a bit excessive, she brought another pound of hot and fresh crawfish. Customer service that the bar staff should learn.
We loved the atmosphere and all the fun activities to do onsite. This place could do a lot better. I’ll pop in here and there and update my review as needed.

We came for the very first time today and had the appetizer sampler that comes with your choice of 4 different options. We chose the cheese sticks, southwest egg rolls, friend pickles & mango habanero wings. Everything was delicious. I also had the pineapple mimosa & regular mimosa. My daughter’s chicken Alfredo pasta was a huge portion; she didn’t finish it. The ambience was so nice. They have complimentary mini golf, several different outdoor seating options from swings, to fire pits area & more. They have outdoor heaters when the temps are cool. We can’t wait to return for the live music & crawfish! Highly recommend.

Great crawfish. Great patio area with lots to do and a nice area for the kiddos to run around. We also played putt putt golf after we ate and the course was fun.
The waiter didn’t provide very good service. He would disappear for long periods of time, didn’t understand English very well so we had some language barriers, and forgot to bring things we ordered/asked for. We had to ask the bar to send our waiter out multiple times so we could get missing items and drink refills.
Restaurant and restrooms were very clean.

Was totally shocked how good the food was, we had a large group dine here and everyone loved their dish. The mini golf was absolutely worth it and a lot of fun! I would recommend only ordering a beer though, the mixed drinks were not good at all. We ordered bloody mary, dirty martini and a fizz something off the menu and they all tasted horrible. The person in our group that just ordered the beer was the smart one! Maybe the bartender took the night off, but i would be mindful before ordering drinks.

Great for a drink and to hang out. Service was ok. We got the nachos and they were average, not a lot of cheese, kinda basic. Hostess was a little overwhelming. Great atmosphere, mini golf was $7.50. Main positive for us was the patio is pet friendly!
*Came back to enjoy Father’s Day. Service has gotten better, food is still average. Need to have a beer menu for customers and knowledgeable staff on types when asked. But other than that, great day!

This place is the real deal! My wife got the sampler with fried shrimp, catfish, boudain balls and sides and it was amazing. My son got the boudain fried burito and it was a lot of food. I got the shrimp and fajita poorboy and the flavor was amazing. Everything is worth the money only sad thing is we live almost 3 hours away but its worth the drive!
