I had lunch at the Zaxby’s on St.Simons yesterday at noon and found a cigarette butt halfway through eating my meal, ignoring the fact that is completely and utterly disgusting but is also breaking several health code violations. And on top of this specific event, I’ve had constant attitudes from employees at this restaurant. And the only reason I didn’t demand a refund yesterday was that I was halfway back to my job when I discovered this blatant disregard of the health and well-being of me as a customer.

Ordered through Doordash. Fries were soggy, bun was burnt and I ordered Zax sauce and it was left out. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Showed up hungry, left disappointed and out of $15. Food was ready in less than 30 seconds and was dryer than the Sahara Desert. Everything tasted off and bad. The drink machine was down. Honestly could get better quality food if I dug left overs out of chick-fil-a’s dumpster. Will not be coming here again. Also it’s on the Island, you’d think it’d be better than Brunswick.

The strips are dry and small. The price has gone up, but the quality is trash. If you don’t have a beverage than you could choke on how tough, and dry these tenders are. Side of coleslaw is about 3 regular size spoons. Do better Zazbys
