At Wiki Pizza our pizzas are crafted by utilizing old world baking techniques and the highest quality ingredients. Our pizza dough is fermented for up to 72 hours which creates a light and crispy crust. We hand pulled mozzarella daily to give you the freshest cheese on the islands. Gluten Free options are available. We have created a menu with traditional classics such as the “Wiki Cheese” which actually uses 3 types of cheese to our “Shaka Shaka” which features locally grown Maui Gold Pineapples and Mango Habanero BBQ sauce!!

We were craving pizza so after seeing the good reviews we decided to try Wiki Pizza in the Hanalei Bay Resort. It’s convenient to Princeville area. We got there at dusk, so could barely see Hanalei Bay from the open air dining room. It’s a huge restaurant, very impressive looking, could be a high-end steakhouse. I imagine great views during daylight hours of the Bay and resort grounds. We started with the Italian Salad which was very fresh, and tried 2 different pizzas, traditional pepperoni and quattro formaggio which was recommended by a local. She drives halfway around the island to get this pizza. It’s a white pizza (no red sauce) with fresh mozzarella and fresh ricotta topped with fresh basil – delicious! The pepperoni had a little kick and paired perfectly with the cheese and red sauce. The service was a little slow but very friendly (I have to remember we are on island time so just relax and enjoy). We accidentally walked into the other restaurant at the front of the hotel – they had a great bar area with big screen tvs and don’t unique drinks on their cocktail menu. We will be going back there to check it out soon!

Highly recommend!! We were staying about a mile from the restaurant and decided to look for a pizza restaurant with good reviews. We settled on Wiki Pizza and decided to dine in. I’m so glad that we did!! Not only was the pizza delicious and fairly priced, but the atmosphere was amazing!!! Seriously, it’s the type of view that you’d expect to see at a fine dining restaurant. It’s honesty the most beautiful pizza place that I’ve ever been to – and the pizza quality matched the quality of the view!! I’ll definitely be back when I visit Kauai again!!!!

Ordered regular crust and seemed to have been given thin crust. Got takeout and should have checked before leaving. But nearly no sauce, little cheese, burnt crust and little pepperoni for nearly $50. Better off going to Costco or making your own.

Well, this pizza does not disappoint. At first I thought – I’m eating pizza in Hawaii?!? Lived my whole life in NJ/NY area until recently where I’ve had to lower my standards a smidge to eat and enjoy pizza (and I’m ok with that)- and this place kills it! Just all around delicious pie!!! Had the NY pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and fresh basil. The roni was real roni cups that curl up when baked, not cheap gross roni. And the sausage was fresh and not too greasy with great flavor. The sauce/cheese ratio was on point and the flavor was fantastic. What I was most shocked about was the undercarriage of my pie – sturdy and well cooked. I wouldn’t recommend adding too many toppings to your pizza (in general) as the weight can effect that sturdiness creating the dreaded “flop effect” – but for being in one of the most humid climates of our country, this dough held up and wiki pizza knocked it out of the park with the way they cooked the pie. This was not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but Wiki sure does a hell of job making it delicious and cooked to perfection and will hit all of your pizza cravings. If your looking to mix up your Hawaiian vacation lunch or dinner give them a try – you’ll be happy. Mahalo to Wiki for giving us a great dinner!

– pesto pizza 8/10. would’ve been an 8.5 but was kinda too salty at times. bacon cooked well! but too salty. tomatoes were a nice touch. good portions of chiggin. no flop pizza! kinda liked it more and more as i ate it
– garlic knots 5/10: not great. pretty small portion and tasted a bit old & dry. marinara sauce pretty watery too

This place was a dud for us. The view is GORGEOUS… especially if you’re there for sunset. But the pizza was mediocre. And the mai tai was all juice. Took 3 beer choices from my husband for them to have what he wanted. The atmosphere was loud. The service was not very attentive. The pizza isn’t terrible if you need some quick food and you’re nearby. But other than that, this was the bottom of all the restaurants we visited in 10 days on the island.

We arrived early for dinner and we’re seated along the edge of the short wall overlooking the garden and Hanalei Bay. The beautiful sunset paired nicely with a wonderful pizza. The crust was perfect on a 14″ pizza that served two adults well.

You’ll have a hard time finding a more beautiful place to be served pizza. Outstanding architecture with one of the most picturesque views of hanalei bay you could dream of. When’s the last time you had a bite of a hot pizza pie as a rainbow formed over the mountains of Kauai?
The mozzarella sticks were not too shabby. Definitely battered in house, and honestly for $9, I was expecting 3 sticks. I was pleasantly surprised to get 5!
The pizza was a Kauai 10. That being said, most pizza on this beautiful little island that I’ve tried in the past 8 years of living here is trash. A Kauai 10 is probably about a universal 7.5.
The dough was house made no doubt and definitely had time to rise. The crust was flavorful and there was just enough of it to house all of the toppings. I got the classic pepperoni. The marinara was simple yet tasty. The cheese ratio was spot on, and they got those lil pepperoni’s that I am in love with. You know, the lil quarter sized ones that cup up and fill with grease. YUM!! Needless to say I will be returning. The pies are a bit on the pricier side, $40+ for a large. But by golly I’ll be darned if it ain’t worth it. Nice work, wiki pizza

My dad wanted to celebrate his birthday with beer & pizza. This looked like the best place on the Northshore that offered this combo and a great view. The pizza was great!!!!! Four of us, we ordered two pizzas, which was just about perfect! The crust is delicious and cooked perfectly! The sunset view would have made mediocre pizza a win, but the pizza is so delicious, it really was a great birthday! Complimentary valet parking was great, as it is located at the Hanalei Resort, which we did not realize until we arrived.
