First time at a pizza hut. I got the chicken Alfredo and it was alright. Seemed a little skimpy with small pieces of chicken. Another family member got Hawaiian pizza. He said it didn’t really taste like Hawaiian and they put bacon on it so that was unexpected. Other than that it was good pizza. Good cheese. Breadsticks were great. We liked the amount and taste of the seasoning. Not too much not too little. We waited for an employee to seat us for a while even though the restaurant was empty but after that the service was good and our server was nice.

I have lived here for 17 years. And never have I had any experience ever like this. I placed an order I usually use cash, and I usually put don’t knock on the door as my boyfriends grandma works graveyard and wakes up at 10. I thought they would knock to collect the money. But no, I called the manager to see what was taking so long and he even gave me store credit to make up for how long it was taking. But when we were done with the call my boyfriend went to the door and the pizza was waiting in the snow. Now I am being looked at by the police? Because of an employee mistake? I was on the call for one minute, so even if he got there right when we left the front door he would’ve had to wait less than one minute. I’m done with this place, I’m a teenager being threatened with police because of someone else’s mistake.

Because I HAVE to give it at least 1 star only! What a waste of time. Called at 5:48 pm stated they delivered. Called back at 7 pm person we spoke to said they didn’t deliver 1.2 miles away. Told him we called earlier said they absolutely did deliver. Put us on hold and did not come back on the line. Called AGAIN. Gave the address once again and was hung up on! Apparently they do not need the business. Domino’s was more than happy to take our order AND DELIVER! Do not recommend Pizza Hut! Unfriendly, hard to understand, rude, in need of extra training obviously!!!

While on vacation, we stopped in this restaurant because the state we live in all Pizza Huts closed. Although they were very short staffed, the manager Adam Hanson took great care to make our experience very enjoyable. He is an asset to Pizza Hut and we made sure the corporate office knew it. Good work, Adam!
