Trace would not serve us in person. Too busy with online orders on Saturday at 4:15 pm. Turning away in person customers is not a good look. Not happy to have driven here, parked and gotten out of my car to have someone be rude and send us away. They should lock the door or turn off online orders if they can’t keep up. It’s rude.

How is this guy still working here? Please read the reviews because he’s been reported many times before. I just left there and can confirm, again, that this is the rudest employee you have. This is the same employee who at eight in the evening refuses to take orders. Please do something about him to help your establishment. We ended up not ordering any food and just walked out, he is that rude.

The employee griped the whole time about management. There were several items out of stock like no meatballs or several types of bread. I would recommend that you find another Subway.

Went there around 3pm today. There only seemed to be one lady on duty, I’m not sure though, but she was very kind. The store was clean and service was quick for one person. She even gave me some Doritos from the back even though there weren’t any at the front. I love going to this Subway, have never had any problems and the food is always as expected!

The worst Subway for eating. The service is always the worst. First experience at night, they supposedly had no system, just cash. When I turned up with the cash, the lady looked at me with a dirty look; she simply didn’t want to work. The second time, a few hours after opening, they didn’t have any tuna, and they didn’t even explain why. The third and last time, right after opening, they didn’t have any baked bread. Seriously, in the US, the service is the worst, small portions, and the two women working there are downright rude.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Employees hide in the back, come out with eyes completely bloodshot and then continue to ignore you for minutes until you ask them if you can order. They treat you like your a problem for them. Save yourself the aggravation. Go somewhere else.

Bread was over toasted and hard. The small amount of ingredients was ridiculous, for example ripe olives 5 pieces, tomato 3 slices and so on, never had such an awful sandwich. The manager was screaming at the employee when he was working hard as very busy and she screamed take bread out of oven, hurry up, he was doing it all even ringing up and taking off payment while the line grew, she hollered at him for other things at the top of her voice and walked off when she could have helped, she was white, black hair up, chunky, think maybe late 20’s or so am not good guessing ages. On top of this just behind this Subway is Walmart with a Subway, I will go there next. This guy was young, with a tattoo on arm and I wish I knew his name as he was so kind and respectful, about lunch time, my husband who never complains was so very upset to see this young man treated so disrespectfully and almost spoke up as it upset him so much. This young man deserves kudos.

Trace did such an amazing job and the BEST customer service I have seen in the fast food industry. He made sure to work both efficiently yet took enough time to make sure to get everything right. Which he did. I highly recommend this site for Subway
