Our waitress Shelleace was amazing, she was definitely the best waitress I’ve ever had in my entire life. She’s definitely a major asset to the buisness. She was very attentive and kind with a big warm smile on her face the whole time, you can see she genuinely enjoys her job. We even talked to her for a few minutes after we finished eating. Whatever they’re paying her is not enough. The Pizza was absolutely amazing I want to compare it to another bigshot pizza joint in town Vino’s, the atmosphere in Deluca’s is a lot more relaxing and classy compared to Vino’s which has more of a dark dingy atmosphere. When it comes to the Pizza Deluca’s rules when it comes to simplicity and consistency. Out of the whole pizza EVERY single bite had the perfect crunch to it. The prosciutto added a delicious fatty salty flavor that took the pizza up a step though I will say they were a little light on the garlic for my preference. Furthermore there was not enough sauce for my liking which is not necessarily a bad thing because the cheese and the dough were both amazing quality and you could easily tell. Each of these high quality ingredients is a heavy hitter this pizza is more expensive but the quality you get from it makes it worth the cost ANY day. We also tried the Canoli and it is a must have. It’s very light the cream is super fluffy the amount of sweetness could not be more perfect, unlike a lot of deserts I could eat 50 of those cannolis they are so good the taste and sweetness is refreshing and it’s perfect after a meal. When it comes to Vino’s the thing I like is they have more options as far as toppings and whatnot, but the ingredient are definitely not as high quality as Deluca’s and it’s easy to tell. Furthermore with Vino’s you can tell the pizza is rushed and it shows when you have parts of the dough thinner than others, and no consistent crunch all throughout the pizza a lot of the time. When comparing the staff Deluca’s wins hands down it’s not a question. Vino’s is attentive but they don’t give off a welcoming kind feeling like the staff at Deluca’s every single member of staff I encountered at Deluca’s was kind and greeted you with a smile, in that sense it reminds me of Chik-Fil-A. The way I see it is you can tell you’re in a good restaurant by the attitude of the staff. Overall when comparing 2 simple Pizzas without going overboard on toppings Deluca’s wins hands down but can you really compete with quality ingredients that are imported from Italy?

My adult daughter and I went in for lunch on a weekend, and weren’t disappointed! My daughter is special needs, and staff could not have been nicer! Our server, Amanda, was phenomenal. She was friendly and helpful with great suggestions, and took good care of us without being intrusive. We ordered a side salad to split (as it was huge), and then a vegetarian pie. Normally, I like a thicker crust on my pizzas, but it was so very delicious and tasty that it didn’t matter to me. And, they actually offer Affagato for dessert. which is one of my faves!! Atmosphere was wonderful as well, with casual but upscale vibes. We’ll def return, although not real often as it was fairly pricey! However, in my opinion, definitely worth it!

First time here and I really enjoyed it. The ambiance was unique and inviting with dark walls, red leather seating, dimmed lights, and stylish décor. We started with the calamari, which was breaded perfectly and tender. For the pizza, we went half Sidetown and half Sarah Meadows with anchovies. The Sidetown was spot-on, but the anchovies on the Sarah Meadows side made it a bit too salty—though still tasty overall. We finished with the tiramisu, which was excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a reservation at 5:15pm on NYE. When we arrived the place was not busy. We were seated at a booth that was hit with cold air every time the door opened, which we decided to endure since it was going to be a busy night for them. The small italian salad was great and a good portion size for two people to split. Our server was friendly. We ordered the side town pie with pepperoni. It was supposed to have fresh mozz on it, we did not see it. The pizza was super greasy, and honestly a bit overcooked. My daughter lives in Brooklyn, we have had NY style pizza, this was just ok. The atmosphere is nice, but boy do you pay for it. It is unlikely we will return. It isn’t terrible, but not the best either.

Came here because it received an 8.7 review. The pizza was not good and hardly any sauce. I uploaded a photo of the amount of sauce on the pizza. I literally thought i was just eating a $37 piece of hard bread. The bread was really all I could taste. I ate 2 slices and threw the rest away. Also it was $37 for a 2 topping pizza. I have no idea why people like this so much.

As you would expect from a long-anticipated restaurant opening, there was a bit of a wait but we planned for that. We started out with drinks and an appetizer in the upstairs bar area while waiting for an available table.
We kept our pizza order simple with Franky’s Flatbush Pie and added prosciutto. It was delicious!
We wrapped the meal up with a solid tiramisu.
Service was excellent and everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great food and drinks. The spaghetti and meatballs is great with a rosemary and basil flavor. There are several other pasta that are excellent. The patsy pizza was a little spicy with a basil flavor that worked very well. It made me miss Chicago pizza cooked in a hot stone oven.

The food and drinks were both delicious. We arrived around 6 PM and were told there was about an hour wait. The staff kindly seated us upstairs until our table was ready. We ordered the Limoncello and Milan Mule, and both drinks were fantastic!
On a Saturday night (2/15), the wait was closer to an hour and a half. After checking in with the waiter, she mentioned it would be another 30 minutes. However, just five minutes later, we were told our table was ready and were seated in the back.
It’s important to note that they prepare everything fresh, so the wait for food was understandable, especially the day after Valentine’s Day. I also ordered an additional drink called the “Valentine,” which was pretty good. Overall, the food was tasty, earning an 8/10. My boyfriend especially enjoyed his pizza, which is a big deal if you know him!

We’ve been here a few times and can’t say enough good things. The pizza selection is not vast, but there are enough options.
We tried the Side Town and the Benny Briggs tonight. Both were good, but it’s hard for a single pizza to be $30. Good ya know.
The Benny was a tad spicy bit in a good way. The Side Town was your typical cheese pizza.
Everything does come out great, and the service has always been good.
Although over priced it is a nice spot to come through occasionally for a step up pizza
