Excellent service, courteous staff. The food for the new year could be better I think that potatoes, pasta and meat, which was very tough for $ 670, is a very modest assortment of the buffet.. As it is, everything is wonderful.

I am a girl who loves everything about Margaritaville! Always have always will! Even though we didn’t stay at the hotel this time (we were in town for a produce show and had to stay at the host hotel), we had to go and have cocktails there! Beautiful place, great service! Great happy hour! Fins up!

Service was excellent. I wish I remembered the waiters name because he was highly attentive and informative. Food was served fast and fresh! Drinks were 5 stars. I will be returning soon. The main floor was packed so we were redirected to the sixth floor which had more availability and a pool! Very pleased.

We walked in and sat down. Sat there for about 15 minutes before anybody came over to get our drink order. Our food came out. It was pretty good. But then that was it. No more service. We had a to flag someone down to get some a drink. And then waited forever for our bill. I didn’t come here to sit at a restaurant with no service. For the price not worth it

This was my first time at Landshark and I will definitely be back. Everyone was hospitable as soon as I walked in. Especially, Andrea who was my Bartender. She recommended the new meal items and the Garlic Shrimp Pasta was amazing. I can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for making me feel welcomed Andrea!

We went to the Landshark during the week. We got the nachos. They were amazing! I recommend trying them. If you are used to eating smaller meals, this might be your dinner. We also ordered the fish and chips. It was good as well. Our service was great. We are so used to going to restaurants and getting the check right away. That is the biggest difference is I believe you have to ask for it. If you don’t, you will sit there a while.

This was our second time to the NYC Landshark as we love all things Margaritaville. Unfortunately we probably won’t return. The food was spot on but the service was sub par both visits even during non peak times. When something was said to the manager about waiting over 10 minutes just to get our check, she was not apologetic. Props to the back of the house and Josh the guy running the food.
