The customer service is so bad I had to get up and leave! The waitress was so rude it’s as if she was snapping at me. Please don’t get me started on the sign that clearly states to wait to be seated… After waiting about 10 minutes I finally walked into the restaurant and asked if I may seat myself. Naturally that same waitress is looking at me crazy. I am sure the food isn’t free, so why is it okay to treat paying customers so crappy!!! The waitress in the photo with the gray top is the reason why Samuel Adam’s will never get my business!

Cold beers and attentive service at the bar. The 28.99 lobster roll was delicious but as the most expensive item on the menu it should come with fries like their cheaper offerings and not overcooked kettle fries.

So I want to give Paula a very huge shoutout because she did a bunch of work around the place nonstop. I don’t know if someone called out and they were only short on 2 waitresses, but Paula killed it. She was very accommodating not only to me but to others around the restaurant. I really hated how people kept on coming up to her and being so rude and demanding about ordering drinks and/or food, but there’s clearly a QR code on each table so you’re able to order ASAP. The grilled chicken nachos and margarita were delicious! My only advice to those who are coming here is don’t wait until an hour before your flight is boarding to come here because you may be waiting for a bit because of how packed it is and the amount of people that have to serve. Just be mindful and be kind to those who are serving because the majority, if not all, the time it’s not their fault and it’s something else. Once again, THANK YOU PAULA AND YOU ROCK!!!!! YOURE DOING SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!!!!!

I ordered their hamburger and it was horrible. The cheese wasn’t even melted, just slapped on there and the patty itself was microwaved. I also ordered the nachos too and the cheese tasted like belvita instead of actual cheese. Out of all the options, this is definitely not the best one, I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

3/12/2022 blonde haired waitress said the kitchen was closed but then proceeded to serve 4 other people. Later that same evening, came back and tried to order a drink, she said they were closed and then proceeded to allow another patron to order a drink already at the bar. Not sure if this place if locals only or she just gave up. I see why the google ratings about this location are sub par.

Went here because our flight was delayed, and we wanted to get a quick bite to eat. This place was right across from our gate and let me tell you this is the place right here! Our waitress, Joanne, was very kind and professional. She frequently checked up on our table to make sure we had everything we need. It’s not often I write reviews, but this place is a 10/10. Definitely beats Dunkin’ Donuts by miles.
