Just wanted to say that paying this bill for the “Grande Tavola “ a focaccia and a bottle of wine was crazy.
We were 4 people and we literally had to divide everything in portions, look at picture ♀️when we were said that it was gonna be huge.
Also the waitress came with the bottle of wine already opened which is something I have never seen anywhere. We couldn’t even taste the wine first and we don’t know for how long it has been opened. Is it really an enoteca?
The quality of meats is the same of Supermarkets.
I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Very disappointing .

I love going to Ancoroa Vino! The wine and champagne choices are the best in our area and the staff/owners are so very knowledgeable and friendly and love wine.
The food is amazing! Its fresh and authentic. They keep the italian pizza/food menu simple but the dishes are absolutely delicious! No short cuts are taken with the food quality or service! Its our go to!

Yesterday I had de opportunity to try this place for the first time and I had a lovely lunchtime with great food and friendly service.
I choose the patio area to enjoy the nice weather and the place didn’t disappoint: the atmosphere is great, you can enjoy the fresh air in an open space without the sun in your eyes.
I had:
– Spritz Bianco 12 (prosecco, limoncello, club soda, lemon wedge, rosemary)- Peroni Nasto Azzurro (Italian beer)
– Crostini Sampler (perfect to try a little bit of everything)
– Melanzane panini (Roasted eggplant, sweet red peppers, garlic, crimini mushrooms, thyme, rosemary & a melted 5 cheese blend on a toasted baguette)- Prosciutto Calzone (shredded mozzarella, whipped ricotta mixture, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, EVOO, fresh romano, parsley).
Everything was on point: temperature, flavor, texture, portions, and I’m still thinking about the dough’s calzone with the different cheeses that I tasted.
My advice: go to this place with extra time so you can have the whole experience without using your meal, and let yourself be indulged by the staff (with their service and suggestions).

It was my first time in, and I was so surprised at how great this place is is! To start, our server let us sample the wines on the wine list before pouring, which was a fantastic way for us to decide which wine to pair with our food. I also liked that there was an option to choose a bottle out of their wine library. Our food was so delicious. We ordered off of their fixed price menu for Dine DTSJ week and my main course was the salmon, which was cooked so perfectly – crispy and caramelized on the outside and still juicy in the center. My boyfriend ordered the eggplant dish and it was delicious as well – he had no complaints. Also, our food came out nice and hot!
We will definitely be returning.

Always on my go-to Italian place list. I keep forgetting the name but what makes me keep coming back here is their pizza (bunch of mushroom/cheese, the honey at the bottom of the dough. Sweet&salty never fails).

What can you say about this place. THE BEST wine selection in San Jose easily. Amazing food, the pizza and charcuterie / cheese board were our favorites. Can not recommend this place enough.

AUTOMATIC 18% UPCHARGE! I am fine to pay a great tip for great service but this place adds 18% without you, the customer having a say. I went for a single person “happy hour” and when I asked management about it they “escorted” me out. I would avoid the palace at all cost.

We hosted a graduate mixer here and had a fantastic experience. The venue was clean, inviting, and perfect for our event. The pizza was excellent, and the champagne and wine were a hit with our guests. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. Highly recommend for private events!

I’m so happy we discovered this little gem of a place where you can get amazing wine for reasonable prices. The curation of wines to suit all tastes is incredible. I never leave there without at least 1 bottle, usually more. I love the events that are well managed and give you opportunities to drink lovely small vineyard wines, that you may not have visibility to, in an unpretentious and open atmosphere. The wine clubs have something for everyone and come with a built in socialization and connection to others in the community. Whenever I have a guest come, we head here for tasty food and lovely wine. Louise has made me feel like one of the family from the very first day I stumbled across this location and joined the club.
