Thought we give the place a try as it had a few reviews but they were good reviews. Showed up and knew it was one of the hidden places that usually wound up being good and I tell you what, they definitely were. I got the big burrito with birria and my husband got the birria tacos and both were amazing. Will definitely be back!

Ordered the “famous” pozole, and was sadly disappointed. We’ll just say that the experience was not what was expected.
For any place that sells a certain dish, there should be sides to go with it. I can’t remember the last time not having oregano or chili with my pozole. Lettuce, instead of cabbage? I thought that was the norm or something. I could be wrong, but there’s better options in Omaha for a better experience. I really wanted to like this place.

It was like eating at your Mexican Grandmother’s house. It was scratch cooking as you ordered it. Cleanliness could be improved. Service was top notch. Tortillas were awesome and delicious. Carne su Hugo was Devine. Tamales were really good with seasoned masa.

Small hidden gem in South Omaha!! Riquísimo!!!Wow! Amazing service, and food!! You get complimentary tortilla chips with frijoles con queso fresco when you eat in. I tried the pozole para la cruda and man it was amazing! I will be returning.
