This is one of the few Rita locations that actually stay open during the winter. Great for when you’re in the mood for something sweet! In addition, they have a wide variety of flavors, some them I have not found at other locations. They had flavors like dragon fruit and mint. The place was very clean. The employees were very nice!

Nice little ice cream shop little off the bean path order an ice cream cone and a slushy drink and both are very good. I had the coconut and vanilla slush and ice cream is very flavorful and buttery Stafford cordial and friendly prices were typical with most ice cream shops very good variety of unique flavors

I went for the first day of spring. Unfortunately, the cups are half the size now but I can’t complain because its free. My issue is the up-charge to add custard went up to $2 just for them to be stingy with the custard. I don’t care about paying more but to give me a pea sized drop of custard is insane. I could have just ordered a gelati and paid regular price. Disappointed!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The cashier didn’t even want to be there, didn’t ask what size and her attitude made us uncomfortable. Her co workers sat down as soon as we entered and looked at us in disgust. I felt scared to even ask for what size to get because the cashier looked at us in such a bad way. They need retraining because I shouldn’t feel this way as a customer.

Ordered a cherry gelati from Rita’s. Delicious, came before melting and was just as good as in store. I appreciate that they put the hot fudge in a way that did not stick to the inside lid. Would recommend, would order again.

The staff member who attended me was rude and impolite. Customer service is very important, and I hope management takes this into account to improve

Best strawberry milkshake! It has real fruit in it and tastes so delicious! Soft ice cream was good as well. Its a shame we live far away. Otherwise this would be our go-to-place.

Counter service was horrendous.. rude, impolite, not welcoming at all. They couldn’t be bothered doing their jobs. I asked for a certain flavor that all other Rita’s carry… they said they are not like all others.

A very clean place. inside and outside. Had sufficient parking right at front of it. Had a nice bench outside with a nice good in morning.
Gelato was obviously great, as it was Rita’s.

Really bad customer service! The cashier looked like she didn’t even want to be there. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable. Her co worker’s attitude was a little bit better. They need retraining or even better, change to another job, away from customer service. My entire family and friends, would never go back to a Rita’s.
