Had a spaghetti dinner here in 2021. Food was good all around, and the prices extremely good for an Alaska town not connected to the outside world by road, comperable to the lower 48. If it were in the lower 48, I’d probably give it 4 stars, but the extra star is for the great prices despite the remote location.

Lovely cosy restaurant with great staff! Had the best pizza ever right here! Absolutely perfect! Plus also some tempura seafood and vegetables…. Very nice indeed! Plenty of beer options and very nice and friendly hosts. Totally recommend this place if you’re in Nome!

This is Nome, Alaska. A good pizza and egg rolls. Not bad pizza for where you are. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place itself is done up as one might expect. Nothing fancy but nice. I would recommend this for a quiet night to enjoy some pizza.

I went by their menu on here
My pizza was $6.00 More than what is on line. The pizza the topping all slid off the slice on almost all of the slices. Wet wet sauce with the consistency of canned ravioli.
Pizza was supposed to be $27.00
And it turned out to be $ 33.50
Will not be returning under any circumstances.

Great variety!! The sushi was really good; when my roll came out the rice was still slightly warm. The tempura was well done as well. Our friend ordered the ravioli with mushrooms, and it looked tasty! There was a healthy dose of mushrooms, so mushroom lovers, take note.

Haven’t been to Milano’s in over ten years. Still good customer service. A mix of different foods for every pallet and taste. My husband enjoyed his pizza and I the sushi. He loved the pizza. We have been living in Fairbanks for the past ten years and the sushi is number one in Fairbanks. Milano’s was ok, but still a great menu and staff. They were busy and take out orders kept coming. Comfortable atmosphere and the staff knew just about everyone who walked in the door. I like that!! We are just passing through town, on our way to St. Michael. We buried Our Son a year and half ago there. Tough going back but much needed in our healing.
