When I got my order, I honestly thought I ordered the wrong store. The coating was completely soft and soggy, not crispy at all. The chicken inside was cold, and some pieces were even undercooked!! The lettuce was spoiled. After eating, I ended up with food poisoning and was vomiting the next day. ⚠️ Do NOT buy here, ever! I live in Jersey City and will stick with the Bayonne location. This place is a total scam!

Weird setup on picking up your stuff.
Stir fry udon was a banger, but the chicken was crappy. Wasn’t crispy at all, like Korean fried chicken is supposed to be. Might do it for the udon alone, which was a 11/10, but otherwise, nah.

We had pickup order on Thanksgiving day. Foods was ready on locker while we arrived. After inputting the order number, the locker is opened. The fried chicken is the same as other stores. We enjoyed it and everyone is happy.

Food sat waiting to be delivered for over an hour. I finally went to pick it up myself. Everything was cold and there is no way to get a refund on the delivery fee. The staff was rude and told me to contact the restaurant. There is no way to contact the restaurant once you’ve ordered. You’re at their mercy. They have no phone number or storefront.

ordered lunch for my entire job (through grubhub) , everything was fine , except that they forgot one order of wings . i contacted the store and they were very friendly , and sent my wings with a uber taxi , something that most people wouldnt do . they would just usually refund me the $ and someone would be without lunch 🙁 this wasnt the case as they took care of the issue right away ! food was great and i recommend everyone to try it out ! great customer service too
