First time at this McDonalds but we did a drive thru order. The Girl taking our order had a sweet and friendly voice. Luckily for us there was no one in line at the moment so our order was taken quick. There was a car in front of us waiting for their food. When we payed we immediately moved on to Window 2 where the gentleman was very nice, funny and friendly. Really liked that although there was someone in front of us we still got to get our food and able to drive away as the person in front of us was still waiting for their food at the window number 1. We parked to eat and we were able to see how quickly it got full of cars but also how quickly the work. Food was delicious too!

This is the 2nd time now that this location has got my order wrong in the last couple weeks .. I ordered a McDouble meal and they gave me a hot and spicy chix sandwich ?? Stop buy to dine in and do some work while I eat. The food came out fast which was nice. But the fries were kinda old and barely warm. The mcrib was dry and not very hot at all. I tried to talk to someone but no one really works the front counter anymore! Plus when someone does come out to the from is a young kids with attitude when you ask them a question. So when I finished I when to get a refill and the kid told me we don’t do that anymore. So tell me why I go here again! Bad food, service with and attitude, and bad atmosphere. Sorry McDonald’s but I will not be spending my money here anymore.

My first order looked like it was messed with or perhaps left out and reheated so my pancakes were rock hard but I called the manager I believe it was Julie or Melissa and they apologized and were able to give me a new order the next day. I was also helped out by Jocelyn and they were able to turn around my experience. Thank you. Also thank you to one of the nice gentlemen at the drive thru window, I didn’t catch his name but he was very bubbly and sweet.

I’ve tried to give this McDonald’s location multiple chances, but three times in a row I’ve had the exact same problem. I order curbside pickup, check in, and then wait more than 20 minutes with no one bringing the order out. When I try to call the store, the phone message says the mailbox is full, so there’s no way to reach anyone.
Each time I finally go inside, it still takes another 10–20 minutes before I actually get my food. At that point, the purpose of curbside pickup is completely gone.
Honestly, this is extremely frustrating and shows a serious problem with customer service and order management. I hope the store can fix these issues, because it shouldn’t take 30–40 minutes just to receive a curbside order.

The first couple months they opened it was amazing. We were so happy to have one close to us and they always got our orders correct. We have gone maybe a handful of times this past month and every single time they have messed up our orders. Not sure what has changed but whatever it is has made them end up like every other McDonald’s in our area that doesn’t care about getting orders correct.

First we went to a different McDonald’s and they had No fries and NO happy meals for kids so we drove up the street for this McDonald’s. Ordered the food and sat inside eating with my family. The tables and chairs were dirty and when I went up to the front to ask for a refill for my drink the lady proceeded to tell me they don’t do refills. I was like excuse me…..since when can you not get a refill I would understand if I went threw the drive thru and came inside trying g to get one but I sat down inside to eat. DONT WASTE TIME GOING TO THIS ONE IF TOU WANT TO EAT INSIDE.

We went to McDonald’s we got kicked out because we “left a mess last time” but we did not, and then we asked for a water cup, and then the manager proceeded to come out scream at us and cuss us out I am very unsatisfied by the way McDonald’s people treat me and my friends. It’s mostly just a manager. I love all the other employees. It’s just a manager and one other guy. I don’t know what his role is, but I do not recommend if you’re a teen that likes to ride around and go to McDonald’s. You will get kicked out because this is a place where this manager will absolutely hate you. They threatened to call the police. I hate this McDonald’s industry, and the food isn’t even good. 0/10 I do not recommend this place

This place gets your order wrong 9/10 times. Make sure you triple check everything before you leave the drive through. Their only solution is for you to drive back for a refund or to get the missing item which I’m sure most people don’t really wanna do after getting home, sitting down to eat and finding out what’s missing.
