Excellent pizza at this Seattle mainstay. We went with a classic Margherita and an appetizer of spicy meatballs. Delicious! The meatballs were tender and cooked perfectly. Nice crispy patina on the pizza crust, and the sauce is very fresh and tasty. In fact you can buy pizza sauce here by the pint! Also a good wine and beer selection.

This location isn’t large so it can fill up fast on a busy night and can get a little loud. Parking nearby is a little tricky as well. But I would definitely come back for the great food!

By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had! Who saw this and thought it was a good idea to sell for over $20? To be fair, I made the mistake of not opening the takeout box before tipping and leaving.

The “pizza” was entirely burnt on the bottom, and you can see the level of burn on the top. When I picked up each slice, a lot of it would just crumble into dust leaving a see-through, burnt, cracker. The entire thing was dry and crumbly. As for flavor, I tasted little outside of burnt but the one slice that was less burnt was fine, but underwhelming. For what I think is a pricey pizza, I would’ve expected to be able to eat over 60% of it, maybe my expectations were too high

Ordered cheesey garlic bread and it was burnt on every piece. There was more herbs than cheese. The cheese was spicy and dry (?!). It was for my husband, who was so disappointed. I tried it. It was awful and I like overbaked pies. My son tried it and didn’t finish his bite. Such a bummer. Only flavor was burnt and spicy parm something.

That’s it, I’ve found it… the best pizza in Seattle is at the Masonry. My wife and I literally let out an mmmm after our first bites! It was so good. The ingredients were so fresh and I’m not a veggie pizza lover but this place changed my mind. We ended up getting two pizzas because they aren’t very big and we wanted to share. I got the mystic pizza and my wife got one of their specials at the time. Both were fantastic and well baked. They’re woodfired pizzas so they’re quick and thin. We also got a side of meatballs and were so happy we did because those really set the tone for the rest of the meal! Next time we’ll stop by fast fashion and order in because it could be a little difficult to find a seat during dinner time. Oh I forgot to mention, the masonry has a great beer selection and often does tap take overs so keep a look out on what’s events they have coming up or what their tap list is because it’s awesome!

Went in here at noon on a saturday for lunch and there was no one else here. We got a mushroom pizza and it was one of, if not the, best pizzas we have ever had. The atmosphere was super fun; old movies playing on TV and records playing for music. Real wood fired pizza. I hope its not always so dead! They deserve a lot of love.

One star only because I couldn’t give it a ZERO! I have eaten at the Masonry many times but not as much recently. The pizza dough was RAW…even after they cooked a replacement it was still raw. That says only one thing…the dough was old or not properly aged. The waitress got an attitude blaming it on my lack of knowledge about Neapolitan style pizza…HA!! She picked the wrong customer to try that bull line on!! Never again!!

I want to love this place because it’s a local pizza spot! But while the atmosphere is nice, the pizza itself is subpar and dare I say inedible. The pizza and garlic bread were completely burned on the bottom and some parts on top but doughy throughout. I liked the beets and burrata salad but it was also meh because the pistachios were really hard and the burrata was dry. I wouldn’t recommend this spot unfortunately.
