Chicken is ok. Just wanted to try it once. Mac and cheese is ok. Jalapeño bombers were better than I expected. Sauces definitely helped. Place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Like I told the lady behind the counter today, I’ve been eating churches chicken since I was a kid in San Antonio. Most of them that you go to these days are dirty, They never have chicken, but this location is probably the best one around in my opinion. It’s always very clean. Their restrooms are always very clean. Their chicken is always delicious. The lady behind the counter, I believe today she told me her name was Rebecca. She always has a smile on her face. If you’re hungry for some really good chicken, I’d suggest stopping at this one. You won’t be disappointed.

I ordered the surf and turf which is the shrimp with tenders. The tenders wasn’t cooked all the way. The gravy on the mash potatoes taste spoiled and the shrimp was undercooked. The best thing was probably only the jalapeño popper!!! First time to this location and will definitely be my last time. I don’t recommend

NEVER AGAIN!!! The ladies working were extremely RUDE!! We ordered a 15 piece family meal and were old they only had 13 pieces ready so we opted to wait 8 minutes. When they brought the food for us we only got 4 sauces with it and not even one we asked for. My husband went inside to get more and they said the lobby was closed and told him he had to leave and go wait back in the long drive thru line for sauce. As he was walking back out, a worker walked out to deliver someone else’s food and we asked if they could please run us out the sauce we asked for, she asked which one, we told her, and she went inside and never came back out. Never again, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Everyone had a terrible attitude. We already waited 8 minutes for the food, no way we were waiting in that long line again for the sauces we asked for and never got with a toddler.

I will never return back to this location again. I couldn’t even explain what was going on with my food, because apparently they seen it all over my face…I was immediately attacked with no we not giving you no food.. we giving your money back Only because I said I thank God for delivering me… because the old me would have came in here and threw that chicken back at you’ll … they got so mad… you would have thought they had spent their money and was trying to feeding their children with the food they served me. Chicken was old and dried out…just by looking at the rest of these reviews… I’m trying to understand how they are still in operation.

Mac and cheese was filled only 1/2 way. It was 4 bites I got to eat for almost $3 worth, and my chicken tenders were spicy when I ordered regular. The thing that got me was the manger prepared my food. So don’t ever order food if This Manger is there Rebecca is her name. And my fries 1/2 filled and old when I asked for cook to order. The chicken was burnt and old and looked like someone took a bite out of it. I asked for white meat only got a mix.

Look, this is embarrassing to even show as chicken, and it’s not the first time. And not the only location CHURCH’S CHICKEN HAS FELL ALL THE WAY OFF. I remember the good old days big chicken fried to perfection. Now you get dried, TRAAAAASH.. I spend good money on this stuff, too. I am done with yall. PEOPLE PAY ATTENTION CHURCH’S DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY GIVE YOU STOP BUYING THIS CRAP. LET THEM JUST FADE AWAY THEY ARE DONE…UGGGGGGHHHH.

Every time we come here , either they don’t have what I want to order they always short you with a chicken. It’s a hustle to drive back just to get one more chicken, but I did this time and the acting so called manager is rude and giving me an excuse of they are busy and I’m the only one in the drive thru that evening. . I will never come back at this store or recommend to all my family and friends. I might blast them in my social media but I’m not that kind of person over one chicken. They have to go back and learn customer service and be proud of what they doing, I’ve been there. That’s all I’m asking from the management to look in to this matter.

I’ve been to this place multiple times, and the food is good, but the service is absolutely unacceptable. Everytime I order my food is wrong, either my drink wasn’t full or I was missing peaces of chickens, and the Lady on the mic had an absurd rude tone probably why the car in front didn’t even order and left, do better.
