I would like to take a moment to leave a review, which I don’t do often unless it’s truly deserved. Cristal was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. Although the food was slightly delayed, she consistently checked on me and kept me updated throughout my visit. She was extremely polite, respectful, and professional — qualities that truly stood out. I will definitely be returning because of her attentive service.

They were so very helpful and accommodating in helping prepare a lunch for my staff of 50. They gave us a small discount, deliver the meal to our door and help setup. I appreciated them very much, the other pizza places in town didn’t offer to do that. I will refer them any day of the week.

I am always impressed by the teens working in here! They are polite, friendly, and when I picked up large orders for work while I was gigantic pregnant or later when lugging my baby in the bucket car seat they ALWAYS helped me to my car and got the doors for me. You see this pizza!!! This pizza is from dominoes! You guys are the worst blackjack pizza ever here in Brighton. We never have issues with anyone in this town. This is how a pizza is suppose to look and there great customer service. The way you treat ppl, the way you talk to your customers, the way you handle situations! They blocked our house and number for us to not order from them anymore, but they still send us coupons. We have been going to a different blackjack and we get along with them so so well. They don’t ever give us issues the way Desiree gave us issues. She needs to learn how to deal with conflict in betters way for sure. I even called the boss above her and I never got a call back. There’s 2 sides of every story so her boss got to hear her side and not mine. My point with this is we need better customer service and more managers that want to make a change in Brighton.
