Popped in here to grab lunch for a colleague. It was near & clean, staff was polite, order came in an efficient amount of time, looked and smelled fresh. The greasy fry bag is a signature of this establishment, the fries are always fresh cut and tasty. There were no complaints about the order.

I ordered food on a Monday, when I got home a sandwich was not in the bag,so I call and I talked to a manager, let’s just say her name is E,so she apologize asked me when can I come back there, I said not that day because I live about 15 minutes away driving without traffic, so she said she’ll replace the order, when I come back, just tell you talked to me and the order number, okay cool. I goes in today and now I’m greeted as I come in the door, on how many patties am I getting, unbelievable. So I talked to the short General manager, because she had to let me know she was the General manager ok ,I told her what happened and what was said with the manager name E, the manager said I need to call her and made me wait while she changed the caramel and took 7 other orders ,okay no problem, after she confirmed with the other manager took the order and when it was ready she kind of threw it on the counter and she said, Sir can you make sure all your food is there in a very nasty tone,so thank you miserable General manager, I don’t half to support your store again plus I can hear very well, I heard you talking about it with the other coworkers. I could be ignorant but I things going on in my life, we all do but you would not know it if I didn’t say anything. Thank you again, sincerely unfazed customer.

My second time visiting this location. I normally go on a Sunday before 2pm. The General Mngr was very efficient keeping her staff on point. She watches them as well as teaches them. The thing I liked most is the fact that she gave them praise for whatever good job they did. She was multi tasking as well. The food was good and location was clean.

The consistency is there and fresh, ingredients and add ons are great and mostly free. A1 Burger is my favorite but the BBQ is a strong second. The shopping center has a lot of options for food and free parking. Not a fan of cracking shells to eat peanuts but if you like it they have them for free so that’s a bonus to waiting for your food because it’s made to order and always fresh. You can go a lone or bring the whole family…. easy good classic burgers that can’t go wrong.

Stopped in after an emergency dr appt at Kaiser. Was greeted by a tiny, miserable human whom I still spoke to pleasantly and with kindness. I go to fill my drink at the fountain and the tiny miserable woman begins making comments regarding my hair. Mind you; I just left an urgent dr appt, not the hair salon. Thankfully, I’m not fighting for my life, but you never know what people are going through. To spend my money in an establishment with service workers who are rude (in general) then decide to make disparaging comments about customers to their coworkers (continuously, because there were several comments made), AND prepare their food. Absolutely not. Instead of giving the satisfaction of a reaction, I left. Let God & my bank sort em out.

I walked in I was greeted by the all women staff, instantly I noticed someone back there eating the fries they prepared to sell no gloves just digging in the fries eating them right in front of the customer. I paid for my food with a $100 bill , it took them over 5 mins to verify the authenticity. I then waited for over 7 mins after paying without being acknowledged for my paid cup , I asked them for a “water cup” they lady rudely responds we don’t do that no more , never heard of that . Lastly I looked in my food I get this small paper bag of fries , never have I ever been given 5 guys fries in a paper bag, it’s always been a cup . The staff was super unprofessional and the food was wet and soggy. The atmosphere was terrible. Actually the worst five guys in Baltimore. Won’t ever go back , I’ll also be writing to corporate.

Today was my son’s 22nd birthday and we went to five guys for a meal. There were quite a few of us on one order so I sort of expected a little confusion. They ended up messing up five out of eight of the burgers. Mine was supposed to have A1 sauce on it but I didn’t care. They were nice enough to remake the other burgers that were wrong which made everyone happy. The milkshake machine was down which sucked but I’m lactose intolerant and shouldn’t have it anyway.

Everytime I come in the short lady with the glasses keeps getting my order wrong like I’m speaking another language. She should not be at the register. Otherwise the food is always DELICIOUS and the restaurant itself is always spotless.
