As a thriller author, I spend a lot of time at this pizza location for lunch during my Author conventions.
Sbarro is one of my favorite places to eat during conventions at the Horseshoe Hotel in the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The service is always immediate, even if there is a line. They get the food going pretty quick. Their selection of stromboli, different pizzas, drinks, salads, and such is pretty extensive. Just a well-known chain, and I’ve eaten here over the years I can’t even count how many times.
I like how they’re able to have everything ready to go and then serve it by running it through a conveyor toaster to get it nice and hot to eat. That way, you don’t have to worry about your food having to be cooked and being stuck for half an hour. It’s actually a really slick system.
Even though there’s a line sometimes to wait for, it goes pretty quick. The setup is right next to the cash register of another food place, so make sure you get in the correct line. Sometimes it can be a bit confusing. Also, one challenge is that it’s sometimes hard to hear the staff members over the general noise of the food court. These are not criticisms of the staff or the store. It’s just the reality of how the food court works in the downstairs area.
As far as access or parking, you would have to figure out how to park at the Horseshoe or the Paris Hotel. Since I am here visiting for a convention at the Horseshoe Hotel, I don’t have to worry about parking or access.
I enjoy eating here and will continue to eat here in the future.

The only reason it’s getting a 3 star is because of the service. The server/ cashier was very rude. She seem like she didn’t want to be there. We asked the difference between Pan and Reg and she belted out “they cost the same” meanwhile we actually wanted to know the difference. She was very impatient with us and we were the only ones there at the time. The pizza was very good otherwise, they are huge slices.

I quick lunch if you’re on the run and want a good pizza to go.
I had their mushroom pizza and had pineapples added. I also had their chicken permesan and a side Caesar salad. The pizza was descent but the chicken permesan was excellent. The salad was not worth mentioning but I got my vegetables in.
Overall it was a descent lunch and I’d come back again.

when I was finally helped, after 2 minutes of watching all the employees either staring blankly at me, scowling at my presence or flat out ignored. My order was finally taken(a slice of cheese and a piece of cheese cake) at this point I was told there was no cheese pizza only 2 pieces of 6 cheese leftover from god knows when. in disbelief I reluctantly okayed the stand in. after 30seconds i was given a hard, cold stale slice that after a single bite was put in its rightful place… the trash. completely inedible. the cake was frozen solid and tasteless oh and also stale. the service made it clear I was interrupting their various non job activities and was rudely brushed away. the dining area was filled sporaticly with the homeless sleeping and picking at themselves. this was a hi horrible experience from start to trash. don’t give your 20$ slice and flat drink a second thought. Go to Metro or Johnny’s instead.

Just awful. Lukewarm, served by sullen employees. Undercooked bread, canned spaghetti sauce, couldn’t even get a glass of water. Avoid this place and eat somewhere else. Yuck.

Had the AYCE brunch steak and eggs. Not one speck of seasoning on anything. The steak was cooked perfectly. Too bad it had NO flavor. The second plate The potatoes had a few onions and peppers mixed in

I love food court pizza, but have never had a Sbarro! I was so hungry and I saw the Sbarro employee pull the whole pie out of the oven, so I had to give it a shot… No complaints what so ever! I had to give the slice a few minutes to cool off! The cheese had a nice pull to it, the crust was sturdy and held up well. I needed a cheap & quick fix, this slice of pizza hit the spot.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The Spanish people in front of me and the white man behind me received smiles and PERFECT service. When it was my turn , i was given frowns and the lady who was ringing me up was talking over me while I asked several times for a tray so my order can be eaten here. She pretty much threw my food in the bag and threw the bag on top of the tray. I never expect A1 service from a pizza place because I know how it is. But the amount of disrespect shown to me as a customer , it was pretty sad. I’ll never come here again. On top of the awful service , my pizza wasn’t even heated thoroughly. So, not only was I given pathetic service , my $21 spent was well wasted. I refused to go to the counter to ask them to correct the order because I NEVER WANT TO INTERACT WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE AGAIN. this is the first 1 star review I’ve ever given. This was just all around horrible.
