This is a terrible place to go to for donuts. I haven’t had there munchkins in years and I thought I would give them a try. I ordered 25 munchkins and they tasted terrible. They tasted old and had an odd taste. I don’t think they sell many munchkins because they gave me a Christmas box for them and it’s March. Don’t get their donuts!!!

I just went to get a coffee, his tone was so horrific, he said he could not hear me from the speaker and I went to the window. When I got there he asked me why I have an attitude? I was speechless, I was like you should fix your thing it was just echoing. And he had guts to ask me what I wanted, I said yiu can have it. What a horrible customer service! Normally I don’t really care but today was extra. Why can’t you hire people with good work ethics not angry people!

Sunday they were so rude to my husband and kept asking are you done are you done you need more tone of his voice was rude and annoyed . Then we go to the window to pay and he asked what he wanted and he and another female worker laughed and thought it was funny. So they didn’t even have our order down . Had to drive to a different Dunkin. Hire people who are respectful to others and who can take their job serious and professional .

First, there were about 5 workers just standing around. Then, they laughed at my burnt bagel. Then proceeded to glob butter on it. The one worker even said “isn’t that supposed to be butter not cream cheese?” Because of the amount of butter the girl was loading on. She laughed and said it would melt. It took us over 10 minutes to get our small order and we were the only ones in the drive thru when we arrived. Disgusting service and workers who don’t care

Quick service. The iced coffee and cold brew were perfect though. We prefer sweet drinks so we add in some extras. But overall they were creamy and not too strong.

Sometimes this place is great. Other times it’s awful. Placed a mobile order and stopped in to grab my coffee on the way to the hospital where my wife was starting to go into labor. Only one person was filling orders while two other employees were stacking boxes. Ask if they could please make my coffee quickly as my wife was giving birth to our child soon, and the manager I’m guessing, told me” we’re all having a crazy day today” unbelievable, what is happening to humanity?

Service is god-awful. I purposely order ahead at least 15 min in advance in hopes that MAYBE my coffee will be ready by the time I get there. It never is. I end up waiting another 10 minutes and usually 5 of that is at the counter hoping that 1 of the 3 employees there will acknowledge the customers existence. I have never seen so much energy spent on actively trying to ignore the customer.

It took them over 10min in drive thru to complete my order. It took about 5min to take my order at the drive thru board. This has to be the worst dunkin donuts location in the area. They are constantly ridiculously slow every time. If I could give a zero I would.
