Ordered 3 salads for work lunch. Ive eaten plenty of back yard burger salads, so to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I always order the cranberry pecan chicken salad. Not sure what happened, but it has changed. Instead of the spring mix lettuce, it now has iceberg! The salad is half the size it used to be. It is more of a side salad than a meal. Very disappointing. I called grub hub to notify them that this had to be a mistake!!. They called the restaurant but there was no answer. I called the restaurant and chose the option to leave a message about my experience. The voicemail was full! $30 bucks wasted

So I normally check my order prior to leaving. Especially at this location but I was in a bit of a hurry this day. After sitting in line forever I place my order for a blackened chicken sandwich combo only to get back to work & discover the most awful looking burger I’ve ever seen. I don’t eat beef so there was nothing I could do with it. I called this location for two days straight go advise them that I would be coming back for a replacement and the phone line was continuously busy both days. Considering how long it took to get the order and how expensive their combos are you would think they would take the extra step to ensure order accuracy. However, I will take partial blame because I should’ve checked the order. I ended up paying $9.28 for a watered down Sierra Mist, not so fresh fries, & a burger that I couldn’t eat. Check your order anytime you visit this location. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me visiting this spot.

The burger and fries were cool by the time I got home and I am 5 minutes away. The lettuce on my sandwich appeared to have been heated up and was dark and wilted. The fries were not fresh and a bit soggy. The prices are too high for this quality. I chose a time midway into lunch time thinking everything would be fresh. I would normally rate BYB a 4 or 5 so I will give them another chance.

In a city where the service and quality at 99% of fast food restaurants seem to be designed to convince you not to return, this Back Yard Burgers has both good quality and good customer service. I’ve been impressed the few times I’ve had the chance to visit. Thanks, keep it up!

Food is pretty solid, at a good price. Been twice, and first time was a medium wait, second time was insane, almost 25 minutes because they apparently didn’t know how to make a Turkey burger. Still if you aren’t in a hurry, the food is tasty at a good price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fries were fresh and hot, drink was refreshing and just the right amount of ice. Burger had fresh vegetables, bun soft but my pattie was overcooked and hard. Will go back again but will ask for burger to be cooked medium.

Would have gave them no star but had to in order to write review. 10/12/2017 1259 pm the woman taking orders and giving the food is awful!!!! Began ordering and she cut me off and gave me my total. Had to go through the order once more. Rushed me the whole time! Got to window only gave me half my order and closed the window. I sat there until she decided to ask what I was waiting for. Then looked at me crazy when asking for the rest of my order. She needs an attitude adjustment. No on to the food. It was awful!!! Ordered white bred go a soggy wheat bun. As much as I have always love that place I will not be going back.

Well It appears this location needs a tune up in customer service, not knowledgeable of the menu, after being told an incorrect price after charging my card I was informed I need to give them an additional $0.66 for their mistake. Instead of just giving me the item considering it was their fault. Then they messed up my order. What could have been a pleasant moment will be my last, y’all need chik fil a training.

This visit was purely awful! I ordered a pick-up through Doordash. I placed the order at 1:52pm since my break is at 2pm, since most places need time to prepare the order. The order was marked ready in less than 2 min, meaning no matter what my food was going to be cold. When I arrived at the location I pulled around to the back where you enter. The left lane was closed and only the right was open. Due to the line placement, I was not able to get through to go to walk-up window (but it did not seem open from the front nor a way to access it so I did not try) so i waited in the drive through. It took a decent amount of time and when I got to the speaker box I was told I needed to come to the walk up window. Again, not completely accessible due to BYB’s parking lot being entirely too limited.
So I was then able to get around and go to the front. I would also like to note there is no proper place to park by the walk-up window so I had to pull to the side and hope no one needed to be there. I walked up and was greeted with “we don’t have milkshakes but here’s your order.” Also order screen for BYB on doordash did not let me select a drink NOR was I asked. But she handed me a drink anyway. I told her I wish I had been told since the milkshake was the primary want. She simply said “well you werent charged”. and dismissed my concern. I then asked why they did not notify people of unavailable items when the order is placed. After all there is a very simple way for them to do that through Doordash. She again had no apologies or concern and said again “well you didnt get charged.”
Turns out I did, and still am. Doordash had to do a credit. Sad BYB didnt since it was your issue not Doordash.
As I drove off with my order back to work I was eating my COLD fries and then noticed I also received the wrong sauce. Clearly printed on the receipt. This BYB location and specifically Kito (employee) do not care about customers. Thanks for wasting my time. Never returning. Posting reviews.

It’s a frequent favorite. Best fries in town. Love the coupons from their app. Got a BYOB tonight.
Service a little slower than usual tonight (union and Bellevue location) but not terrible.
