This place is . The food is absolutely delicious the tacos, burritos, and menudo are all amazing. It’s truly authentic; whoever the cooks are, it feels like grandma’s or mom’s home cooking.
The staff is nice and friendly, and you can tell they care. Hole-in-the-wall spots really are the best.
The only downside is the location next to a smoke shop as soon as you step outside, it smells like weed, which isn’t ideal for families in my opinion. Because of that, I’d recommend ordering to go.
That said, the food and the people are incredible. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I’ll absolutely be back for takeout.

I went to this place as a child and my grandpa would take me here to eat tacos every once in a while. I got along with one of the employees has he has given great service along the years and definitely one of the best employees in the restaurant. Although there can be rude customers there’s a good group of Chiefs who know what they are doing and serve good Mexican food.

Good prices. Good service.menudo was okay. It lacked some flavor, the hominy needed a little more time to cook, and the meat was cut too big. The corn tortillas are homemade, but they are too thick. Rice and beans were good.

food is “Home Cooking”. The place is not a fancy dinning experience. You go there for the food and the super friendly owner. You can phone in your orders. The prices are great. I usually get the sopes( remind me of my Mom’s). Just be aware the location (outside) is super sketchy and a lot of seedy people lurking around. Lots of times we don’t go just because of the atmosphere outside.

I am going to start by saying that this location is a little small but! Even if you are waiting on a spot tobfree up, I promise you the wait is worth it. The menudo here is just amazing! Even the bean and cheese burrito is delicious plus the prices are surprisingly low. I defiantly recommend.
