I ordered Uber, so can’t speak for service or atmosphere, but whoa. Hidden gem here. I am adding pics, beef and cheese empanada and tamale. I’m impressed and would have never known if it wasn’t for Uber’s suggestions! Very tasty. The Cuban is next on my list.

What a hidden gem! Authentic Cuban food that’s very reasonably priced. The owner, Jessie, is sweet and very professional. I was lucky enough to get her last catering slot for Nocha Buena. Her Christmas Eve feast was delicious. I was able to feed a crowd without breaking the bank. Will definitely be stopping in for Cuban sandwiches and other favorites all year long. Thank you!!!

First time here and it’s our new go to spot for Cuban. The ladies working 11/15 at 5:30pm were so friendly and gave amazing service. Best Cuban sandwich I’ve had in the area (if you are reading this to pick between here and cafe havan I’d choose here. Cafe Havan is too dry, pressed too hard and had little filling. This Cuban was busting out with amazing filling and the bread was so yummy). Hubby loved the large chicken platter, fall off the bone real deal roasted Cuban chicken. Highly recommend the tamales, pork was best we’ve ever had. Yellow rice and black beans were out of this world.

Mi Havanna absolutely hits. I grabbed a Cuban and it was exactly what you want: warm, perfectly pressed bread with that crispy outside, stacked with flavorful pork + ham, melty cheese, and just the right amount of pickles to balance it all out. Every bite was legit.
Portions are solid, everything tasted fresh, and the spot has a chill, no-frills vibe that feels like a real neighborhood gem. If you’re craving Cuban food, this place is a must. I’ll 100% be back.

Super friendly and awesome food. We were from out of town and stopped for a Cuban sandwich. Because it was our first time in, they gave us a couple beef/cheese empanadas for free. The stuffed potato was delicious…several options for flavored sodas as well. Highly recommended!

Got take out for food that doesn’t require any knives and take out containers where full of cut knives marks on the bottom of containers. They are reusing containers from other orders. Disgusting and unsanitary. Will never order anything again.

Excellent selection of premade dishes to choose from to combine for the plate. Portions are massive. Many people take the meals to go. I loved the pork, yucca and maduros. Most dishes we tried were little saltier for my taste buds. I did not care for tostones, but even those were huge!
It’s a small place with nice sit down area. I wish the meals were served on regular plates and not in styrofoam go-to containers.

We went to see an exhibit at the Ringling Art Museum and wanted a quick bite. OMG! The kindest, nicest people, amazing food, unbelievable pricing, huge portions. Never coming to the west coast again without stopping in!

A bit hidden but definitely worth visiting. First time in this place and I will definitely come back again, order breakfast by phone and pick up at restaurant after 15-20min, large breakfast sandwich is really big and good Cuban flavor, only ate half, Cafe con Leche a bit sweet. The prices are very affordable for the amount of food they serve. Definitely a good option.
