We ordered one drink each, an appetizer, and an entree each. My cocktail (whiskey mule) tasted like nothing, definitely didn’t taste ginger beer or any of the other ingredients it was supposed to have. The mussels were yummy, but I question the french fries on top. It would be better if they came with bread on the side so you can dip in the sauce instead of having soggy fries. The pasta dishes were okay at best. The service was okay, not great. Our server just kind of came up and said “hi what do you want to order” and didn’t check on us when we got our food, I felt like we were in Europe. Food came fast. The atmosphere was nice. For a $120 dinner I was hoping for better flavors and service. Unlikely to come back.

Pretty spacious, modern luxury atmosphere with patio sittings available. Very beautiful date night vibe restaurant. Our visit was during the live music outside and the restaurant was pretty busy. We started off with an order of Washington Valley flatbread and Bacon and parmesan Brussels sprouts. The flatbread was very delicious! Their savory onion bread and salted butter is also very delicious. There are some big grainy salt on top of the butter, highly recommend mixing the butter before spreading on your bread as it could get very salty. We waited very long and didn’t get our Brussels sprouts served for more than an hour and we were quiet disappointed with soggy Brussels sprouts. Bythetime we got our brussels sprouts, our appetite has died with disappointed and decided to go elsewhere for food. We talked to our server and got the Brussels sprouts comped from our check.

This is the perfect place for date night! Nice atmosphere, low lighting, and very romantic. The sharable plates and Flatbreads are tremendous. The only negative I experienced is the service. She wasn’t bad but, once she learned we would not be drinking, she seemed flustered and was less attentive. The table next to us who ordered a bottle of wine, got checked on much more frequently. Wine bar or not, I’m a customer and want to be treated as such. Overall my lady absolutely loved it, so we will be back. I just hope this 1 server is not a reflection of the company as a whole.

Indulge! What happened to the quality? Used to be fantastic. Today I had lunch and was shocked at how poor the quality of the food was our first appetizer showed up cold with the mushy vegetables on the side completely mushy sent that back and got Burrata. As soon as it arrived at the table, the sticker from the tomato was still on the side of the tomato??? Won’t be back .

Indulge is a nice, quiet, and clean restaurant located within the Southglenn Shopping Mall in Centennial focusing on American food and wine. My party visited on a Sunday during lunch time and there were only 2 other tables besides us.
We ordered the breakfast burrito, prosciutto fig burger, brussel sprouts to share, and bottomless mimosas/bellinis. Everything was good and fairly priced but nothing to write home about.
Service was great. Our server made sure we were taken care of from walking in the door to walking out and never left our bottomless drinks empty. Good job!
I would recommend visiting Indulge for business lunches or a nice quiet dinner with the family.

Not busy at all right after happy hour, but was sat next to another table despite the emptiness. Table next to the window was cold as it was 20 degrees outside.
Waitstaff was friendly but not as attentive as I’d expect for the cost of food.
Decent dinner menu selection and wine list was extensive.
The fried pickles were delicious with the poblano sauce, but I would have liked more crispy Brussels.
Pasta entrees were delicious. Lots of cheese and oil just how I like it.
Meats were cooked perfectly.
Fondue was extra decadent and made for a nice cap to the experience.

Wow! My wife brought me here for Valentines lunch…the steak egg rolls were one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. The tuna nachos were close to that. Even the server/bartender was super kind and hospitable, despite the man bun!

Staff clearly have zero cares about customer service or provide a professional atmosphere. I have eat at the indulge in golden and it’s the exact opposite of that place.

Happy Foodie
First time at Indulge Bistro & Wine Bar for a solo lunch. I enjoyed the flavors of the turkey brie wrap with berry and greens with french fries. I also wanted to relax and enjoy multiple refills of coffee and I really appreciated the servers helping out with a few refills as I sat with my to-do list. It was a nice environment to eat and regroup mid-day. Back again with a friend, and we split the prime rib french dip sandwich – sooo good with horseradish sauce. Thanks

Edit: really liked the place and decided to come back. Not sure what has changed but the hostess was rude and looked like she hates her job. Our waitress was taking 100 years to come back with the check or more wine. Even though it was a Sunday night and it wasn’t busy.
