A perfect deli experience. We took our sandwiches to go. Best eggplant panini ever – the eggplant was so thin and perfectly breaded. The potato salad and coleslaw is also wonderfully seasoned. We will definitely go back.

This is disappointing to write because we used to eat from here pretty often. Probably won’t anymore.
I tried to place an online order at 2:10 (they close at 3) and online ordering was turned off. Okay, so we’ll go in.
We place our orders and the girl at the register says to my fiancée “I think I’m forgetting something you said” my fiancée says “the bacon” and the girl apologizes. No problem. Then we get home and there’s still no bacon on the sandwich…
I got the ‘grandpa’ sandwich and this is what it looked like inside.
We paid FORTY dollars for the two sandwiches (one was GF for a $4 up charge), 2 bags of chips and two iced teas. We usually order online for pickup because when you walk in the staff ALWAYS looks at you like they want you to leave.
It’s a shame because I feel like it used to be so much better. Hope they can turn it around.

I don’t normally make reviews, but If you’re gonna charge $13.50 for a cowboy on a roll, which consist of couple pieces of roast beef and cheese and barely any onion. I expected to be somewhat good. It was disgusting. I threw it out the window on the way home. This place is no good friendly people, but not good quality food. This is a second time I tried this place when I’m in the area working trying to give them the benefit of the doubt never again.

Don’t even bother. The place is disgusting never properly cleaned. Probably because they can’t keep staff for the life of them. If the owners learned how to treat people and their workers maybe people would stay. Can definitely see it going down hill slowly. Sad, used to be a good place.

Order a sausage egg and cheese through DoorDash and went to take a bite and got what looks like a wood chip or something in my sandwich. Called and was told the boss would call me back when they weren’t busy and I never got a call back. Never had a problem before but this was different. Not gunna recommend after this experience. Owner seems like a scumbag based on these other reviews I’m reading now. I didn’t demand a callback that’s what the employee suggested and she didn’t apologize or anything. The piece of wood was in the sandwich and other reviews have said things like plastic have been in their sandwiches. I reached out to DoorDash as well and instead of trying to belittle like you did, they apologized. You’re a sad little man but it’s all good I also submitted to the department of health along with your response. It could’ve been a piece of a cutting board or something you absolute moron . I was just calling to give y’all a heads up about it being in the sandwich but instead you had to be a pos. SMH. It’s all good karma will get you scumbag

Ordered catering for an anniversary celebration. Everyone really enjoyed the food. We had pulled pork, mac & cheese, Spanish rice, sausage and peppers, mixed veggies, and a wonderful salad with roasted red peppers and grilled chicken. Without question I would definitely order catering from Shelly’s in the future. Thanks for providing great food for our party!

I don’t know how long this deli has been open but it looks like it just opened. It’s a little daunting when you first walk in because you’re not sure if they’re open or not. My wrap was very good. Had the right amount of meat in it. I got an Italian combo. The girl was very nice. Service was quick. I think they should just make it a little more people friendly when you walk in
