I had such a wonderful experience at Subway! The woman working there was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything was spotless and very clean, which made the whole place feel comfortable and inviting.

The restaurant smelled fresh and pleasant, and all the ingredients looked fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully arranged. You could really tell that care was put into everything.

Even though it was already quite late, she was still friendly, patient, and happy to help us. She went above and beyond to solve our issue, and we truly appreciated her positive attitude. It was simply a pleasure to be there and to talk with her.

To be honest, over the past few weeks we’ve been eating at different Subway locations in different cities, and unfortunately our experiences have not always been good. In one place, the staff were very rude and looked constantly exhausted, almost like they didn’t want to be there at all. In another city, the ingredients were literally frozen and looked very far from fresh. At one location, we couldn’t even stay — the smell when we opened the door was overwhelming and unpleasant.

So we were honestly disappointed and started to think that no matter what city you’re in, the service would always be the same. But then we found this location. This woman truly knows her job and doesn’t look tired or unhappy — she actually seems glad to be there. That makes such a huge difference.

The food was absolutely unreal — so delicious, fresh, and perfectly made. Everything was just amazing.

I really want to remember this place and come back here specifically next time we’re in town. From now on, this will be our go-to Subway for dinner. Thank you for restoring our faith and for such an incredible experience!

My husband and I got bogo 1/2 off. I got a subway club with double meat. He got a Philly cheese steak with double meat. We asked the sandwich be toasted. I ordered online and I was 3 minutes early for pickup, my bread was toasted but the meat on both was ice cold. My sandwich had double meat but the Philly I paid almost 16$ for barely had any meat in it. I guess I’m gonna have to start checking my sandwiches before I leave the premises.

I used the online app to order and pay for my meal. I requested my sandwich to be toasted, the bread looked and tasted raw, the sandwich was sloppy, the meat had a horrible aftertaste and they were out of the drink and cookies I requested which happens very often. Very disappointed

If you have an online order placed here and it isn’t filled, they will not refund you like they’re supposed to. I went through all the steps and emails which ensured a refund, just for the store owner to not issue it or help me at all.

I ordered a salad that had too much sauce and no shredded cheese. They did offer to remake it when I first got it and looked at it. I thought what the heck, try it. It was awful. On top of that, I ordered it on the mobile app so I wouldn’t have to wait and when I came back to have them remake it, I ended up waiting in line for a good ten or twenty minutes. The help there doesn’t take time to read orders. They rush through it. My subs have also had way too much sweet onion sauce making messy when I try to eat it. This will be the last time I eat from here.

Whoever does the hiring for this subway should be ashamed to show their face in here.

Workers throw random toppings you don’t request on the sandwich. No hairnets but three heads full of nappy hair.

One worker comes back from break and just wets her hands in the sink and begins working no soap.

Customer service sucked!!! The employees were extremely rude and were coughing everywhere, no5 washing their hands before gloving up to make food. I have a Pork allergy and asked that the guy make my food with different utensils and wash his hands to put fresh gloves on and was given straight attitude. I will NEVER to back to this location and for my first time going to this location from a whole different state this store makes all the other bad stores look great smh. They need to drug test their staff and reanalyze them as well.
