This is one of the better Dominos in the area but I’m disappointed in the pizza that I picked up today. It’s been months since I ordered from here and today I go and pick up a pizza and it has multiple huge bubbles which ruins the pizza for me. I’m super disappointed. I feel like that’s a waste of my money. I was excited to get pizza for dinner since it’s been a while. I guess I won’t be getting pizza from this location again anytime soon.

We ordered a thin crust pizza and when we got it it was barely edible. Not close to being hot, the crust was like dry cardboard, ordered extra cheese and looked like there was barely any cheese at all. Called to complain, manager on duty did say he’d credit our card back. Did NOT offer to remake it and bring it directly out to us, which he should have done, in my opinion.

Delivery driver was great!!! Super nice guy. The pizza looked and tasted like garbage. Worst pizza I have ever had. The bread bites were just not good either. The staff is probably great… but I hate wasting money anymore. It went into the garbage. All of it.

Order was placed using the Domino’s app at 6:26pm. The order was apparently expedited quickly as it was out of the oven and being quality checked at 6:35 (at least according to the app). Then it sat. For a half an hour. Before finally being sent out for delivery at 7:05. Then it took another half hour to get to my door. And by then it was cold and had to be reheated. It did taste good however, but I wouldn’t say I got the extra mushrooms I requested. The bread bites on the other hand were hot and very delicious. Domino’s was very quick to recognize they screwed up and offered me a discount on a later order, but this is the 2nd time in a row with similar results, so it’s going to be awhile before I’ll be willing to give them another try.

This is my favorite dominos in brunswick county, they always put care into the food they’re serving. I was looking forward to the. Cheese steak sandwich I had got before that was great!! Every last bite was good. Then I come home to this. Half was sorta edible, and half was one solid burn mix of cheese, steak, mushrooms bread. I get its a cheesesteak from dominos, it’s not going to be memorable, but it actually was one of the best things I’ve had in a while from a pizza place. Then I got this tonight. So disappointing. Guess it was a different food maker tonight. Actually I know it was. Because usually I feel welcomed vs tonight besides one young man that ran my order up. Everyone else was BLAH. I want my $$27 dollars back. UPDATE: GOING BACK TOMORROW TO GET A REFUND AND FREE SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER. MANAGER WOULD HAVE CORRECTED IT TONIGHT, BUT HES IN TRAINING. HE KNEW MY REVIEW BY MY PHONE NUMBER, RECALLED PUTTING IT ON HIS CALL BACK LIST. SO THEY DO LISTEN! GIRL WHO COOKED THAT AWFUL BURNT LUMP SANDWICH GOT TERMINATED APPARENTLY. THIS DOMINOS REALLY WEEDS OUT THE TRASH AND KEEPS THE DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH EMPLOYEES THAT CARE. ONE EMPLOYEE OFFERED ME A HUG TO HELP MY BAD NIGHT WHEN I WENT TO ASK ABOUT THE REFUND. I TOOK THE HUG, AND WAS SENT OUT THE DOOR WITH AMAZING DELICIOUS CINNAMON TWISTS. ☺️
