I have eaten and drank here in the past, but received horrible service tonight. The owner was incredibly rude and unkind despite numerous attempts to be reasonable and calm. Parked in front of the bar, which apparently is not a parking spot. Was accosted by the owner even after moving the vehicle. My partner left his wallet and she refused to return it and even physically attacked me when I tried to explain the situation. Absolutely wild. Horrible, angry Asian lady that owns this bar. Steer clear!!

Don’t go here! The old lady has a serious problem at Jae’s landing! We got kicked out because we left and came back!!? We all ordered 1 drink and played pool for 2 hours. Went to order food and she said couldn’t make food because she sent her cook home! ITS A BAR! WHY IS THERE NOT BEING FOOD SERVED! So we left to get something to eat real quick. Came back to order 1 more drink and play a couple more rounds of pool and she asked us to leave! What the hell?? We will never go back! I will keep making this review because it’s Bullshit!

Waitress was awesome, drinks were good. Food was standard for bar food, appetizer fried mushrooms and potato skins were great, ribeye was underseasoned and a little over cooked (asked for rare to medium rare, got medium to medium well). The pool table we played on wasn’t level bad roll to one side. And if you are a shy female make sure you are the first one to the bathroom because one of the “stalls” isn’t a stall… it’s a toilet in the room no privacy.

Coming back into town from the coast, my friend and I decided to drop in. Had dog in tow and attempted to let her take a tinkle (on leash) before heading inside. We were out of the car all of 2 minutes when a woman (seeming to meet the description used by many other posters) came out yelling that we weren’t in a park. We let her know we were there for a drink and we’d be inside in a moment. No matter she just kept yelling at us that it wasn’t a park. Needless to say, we immediately packed up dog and left. Never have I ever felt so unwelcome at a business. Guess the single car in the parking lot at 6pm on a Saturday should have been a clue that this isn’t a great spot

I’ve been coming here for a while and always tip well, but after what I saw the other night, I won’t be back. One of the customers—who honestly wasn’t doing anything wrong—got kicked out by the owner for no clear reason. He was calm, drinking water, tipping generously, and just playing poker. I was sitting nearby and saw the whole thing. It was uncomfortable to watch, and the way it was handled really rubbed me the wrong way. Places like this should treat their regulars and respectful customers better. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Really disappointing experience. I came in, tipped well, spent money on video poker, and made sure I was being responsible—five cups of water and I was kicked out when I asked for a shot before leaving. I was calm, respectful, and still got kicked out by the owner while I was trying to talk to the bartender who actually understood the situation. It felt like a serious overreaction. I left and went to Blue Moon instead, where I was treated with basic respect and professionalism. Won’t be coming back. I even tipped 100 percent and got shit service and kicked out. I offered my keys multiple times and they said they don’t take keys. I could have driven home messed up but I had 5 waters and they wouldn’t serve me.

I had the absolute misfortune of visiting this bar and encountering the most rude and disrespectful owner I have ever encountered. The Asian lady owner was dismissive, condescending, and downright nasty towards my husband, and my friends throughout our visit.
It was clear that she had no interest in providing good customer service.
The entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this establishment unless they want to be treated poorly by the owner. Save yourself the trouble and find a bar where the staff actually values their customers.

I was there the same night as the person in the other review and saw the whole thing. He was calm, respectful, drinking water, tipping well, and just playing video poker. The female owner came over and kicked him out out of nowhere—he wasn’t being loud or causing any issues. Honestly, it felt like an overreaction. I ended up leaving shortly after because the energy just felt off. Went to Blue Moon instead—way better atmosphere and staff.
