I had breakfast at Tortilla Rica courtesy of a voucher from the neighboring hotel. Otherwise, it would be $14.99. It was a solid start to the day. They offer staple breakfast options, including eggs, bacon, and cereal, along with coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. It’s a simple setup but gets the job done. One cool addition was the waffle maker, although I did manage to burn my finger on it! A little extra caution is needed, but the waffle came out tasty. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable breakfast spot, especially if you’re staying nearby. Just be careful with the waffle iron!

took 40 minutes for my food to come , food came looking amazing. took a bite into the burger and gagged it tasted 100 percent burnt but was raw on the inside after i asked for well done and the whole bottom bun fell off because how greasy it was. Sprite tasted weird . IVE NEVERR EVER been a picky eater ! fries were very good and the people were nice. but the bill was not worth it . too expensive to be tasting like they dont know how to cook

Food was pretty good, service was strange. I’m aware things get short and people get busy but not communicating things directly is an issue. I appreciate them giving us 25% off our meal due to slow service. Great drinks too. I think in the end you just have to hit it right.

Kind and attentive staff. Chips, salsa and queso were really good. The margheritas were really good too. My husband enjoyed his fried ice cream. My son had steak and rice but didn’t eat the steak. I asked for steak without the taco and I think she misunderstood and gave him steak tacos. My husband and I ordered enchiladas. They were really dry and not good. I suggest if you order enchiladas maybe ask for smothered or extra sauce? Also,I asked for no onions but received freshly diced onions all over my rice with guacamole and pico de gallo full of onions on my food. I think there was a miscommunication there. My husband ordered a trio appetizer and really enjoyed the chicken empenadas that came with it. This restaurant is located inside of the Red Lion. The main entrance was closed and we entered via the hotel. There’s also outside seating at this restaurant. The waitress was really kind.

Really disappointed bland food and not enough staff. Noticed a few other disgruntled customers due to lack of staff making service slow.
The food was decent portion sizes but had next to no taste, almost feeling like it was store brought and then served up. A big change in management and chef needed.
Other reviews also show a few years back food was good but a big down turn in the recent months.

We walked in and it was kind of like seat yourself without really knowing about it until one of the employees approached us. So they ask us where we want to sit and waited over 10 minutes for somebody to greet us at the table and offer us drinks and menus. The good was just okay, seasoning wasn’t what I expected for a Mexican restaurant. I tried it out but I don’t see myself going back.

Decent Mexican food served in a spacious, well lit atmosphere. The top shelf Patron margarita was made perfectly. Salsa was a little on the sweet side. The chicken burrito was tasty but a little smaller than other places. The nachos with steak was tasty but I would have liked to have seen some sliced jalapenos on top. Also all the steak seemed to be on the bottom under the nachos. Overall a good experience.

Great staff, phenomenal food. It can be a bit pricey but it’s def worth the visit. The chef came by my table and asked if everything was good, very personal touch. I’ll def be coming back.

We had a pleasant experience last weekend at Tortilla Rica. Our server, Janell, was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. My favorite part was the outdoor seating with live music! We had a great time and plan to go back for sure!
