I picked up my order, and when I got home, I noticed it was wrong. I called the store to let them know, and the lady who answered tried to tell me that my order was correct because the general manager made the pizza. I clearly checked my order and explained what I had received.
I mentioned that I paid an extra $4 for the stuffed crust, which I didn’t get. Additionally, I noted that I didn’t receive any dipping sauces, even though I had to pay extra to use the coupon available online. Despite my explanations, she insisted that I was wrong, claiming that the cheese all blended together and that the extra cheese was for a shake-on Parmesan cheese.
It’s frustrating to have to argue about my order with someone who neither made it nor checked it.

If i could put a 0 star review i would. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my pizza, called the place to make sure the order was placed, it was and they told me to wait a little bit more. They commented that they are currently understaffed and had no drivers so they held back on the order, I understand but why would you keep getting orders if you can’t deliver them? My pizza was on its way after almost two hours and in the middle of it’s delivery it got canceled. Horrible experience!!! The girl in the phone was rude too.

This place has never let me down. I love the pizza deals. Today the weather was cold and nasty so I ordered delivery. Placed my order for a later delivery. Ofcourse I used the tracking method. The delivery time kept changing. I was ok with its monday night football is on. .Then it said my order was delivered which it wasn’t. I called the store. They were so nice, offered me a refund or a new fresh order. I chose the refund cause it was getting late. Then 5 minutes later the order showed up. I felt bad for calling. The wings were hot and the the pizza was a little cold but good. The delivery lady was so sweet and apologized. I imagine at got the meal for free after asking for a refund. But I will drop by the store and give the driver a cash tip. Well deserved.

I spent $55 here, the pizza was not cooked enough, it was soggy at the bottom, the wings were soft and not crispy & barely had any sauce on them. The garlic knots were not cooked enough and little to no Parmesan on them. I had to put everything in the oven to finish cooking. This is ridiculous , I will never order from here again. I would’ve rather spent my money at little cease

The personal are very welcoming, My Suggestion To The Store Owner Is To Advice Everyone Put On A gloves while Making Pizza For Sanitation Reason. Not Using a Bare Hands. It Doesn’t Looks Clean.

That was the driest pizza I ever had in my life. It was gross. I felt like I was eating crackers and it was a hand tossed. You put no Parmesan Sauce on my pizza. First I was going to get wings and you were charging me for one dipping sauce which supposed to be free per order of wings. And you are up charging for Parm or Alfredo sauce and not telling the customers. You guys have completely fell off and I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I should have just went to McDonald’s. At least I would have gotten a burger and 4 nuggets with a FREE dipping sauce. You have lost me as a customer for good. You will never see another dime of my money. And I tipped for this crap. That’s why people don’t tip anymore. I have almost 2,000,000 eyes on my post. And I promise you. You will pay for this in the worst way. In sales! Go to Homeslice or Marcos people. Even Little Caesars better than this disappointment. Like we need any more of that. Smdh

Pizza was raw inside and they forgot my garlic sauce… I called and asked them to remake it, which they did. When they returned with the remade pizza, they brought me marinara sauce, not garlic sauce, which I hate! Not happy with my service, and I’m not sure if I will ever order from them again

Pretty disappointed. My pizza looked liked someone sat on it. The size of a few of the chicken pieces was laughable. The sauces I ordered were not the ones delivered. 0 out of 3 items were acceptable. The driver was nice and told me to call the store. They said it would be another hour to get another pie or they can credit me. I think the credit is for a free pizza next time. Not a credit for this disaster. Only problem is I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

There is a lack of professionalism at this location. Placed my order at 7:10pm and have waited since 7:20 in the building. It is currently 7:54 and it is still not ready. Not once did they announce how delayed they were to the people in the building. It would have been nice to know they’re 40 minutes behind so people can plan accordingly. I understand the app is down and it is busy but if you are aware then communicate that.
