The service at Le Rose Thai is so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and the prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the meals. I have a new favourite Thai in Wollongong now! You need to book as the restaurant is not huge and it’s very popular for good reasons.

Even though we dined on a very busy Friday night, the service was so friendly and smooth, never rushed. The vibe was great, lovely music, relaxed atmosphere, and everyone just seemed happy to be there. The food, of course, was exceptional. It was a tough choice, but we decided on the duck curry and larb, and were unprepared for the amazing flavours!

A menu that offers a wide variety of choices that includes dishes not on offer at regular Thai restaurants. There are so many tasty dishes making a choice can be an enticing challenge. The food comes out quickly but certainly not rushed. Fresh, delightfully seasoned and mild to spicy depending on your wishes. Generous serves, food made with care and love.
Indoor seating is limited so making a reservation is a wise idea. The number of takeaway orders observed is a testament to the popularity of this amazing gem of Thai cuisine.
This restaurant is slightly away from the usual foody areas but absolutely worth a visit or two or three.

Food was amazing! It was our second time here and we’ll definitely come back again. Great value for the food, and their service exceeded expectations. Literally all staff that attended us was very friendly & polite. Not that spacious inside but they got outdoor spaces as well. Definitely a must-visit if you love Thai food!

For a Wednesday night Le Rose was busy. Staff and owner were welcoming and respectful. The food is some of the best Thai I’ve eaten – I couldn’t fault it.
However, please stay inside and the neighbouring bars music clashes with the Le Rose vibe.

We order the Duck, Massamann Curry, Pas Thai and Panama Curry. Dishes were really tasty and high quality ingredients used. Great for takeaway or dining in. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and looking for something warm and tasty to eat.

Drove all the way from Sydney just to try this place as it has good reviews. Their dishes are delicious but not as delicious as I had hoped. The Thais not far from where I live is also just as delicious if not slightly more delicious.
