Lovely restaurant in Alcaidesa. Staff is super well prepared and very kind, the location of the restaurant is incredible, and the food was very good. Good selection of wines and drinks to pair everything, too.
We had the following – for starters, oxtail croquettes, anchovies with smoked butter and brioche bun. For mains – seabass and chicken milanese. For dessert – cheesecake and chocolate with caramel option.
We had a lovely time at this restaurant and would warmly recommend it to anyone for a good meal.

On our first night, after a long drive, we decided to have dinner at the hotel—and it was a perfect 10 out of 10 experience. At night, the atmosphere has a magical feel, with absolutely stunning views of the sea. If you sit outdoors, you can even enjoy the stars.
The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and informative. Even with my limited Spanish, a mix of Spanish and English worked perfectly well.
Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and delicious. The starters—Green Salad, Cauliflower with Savory Yogurt and Basil, the Iberian Cold Cuts Platter, and Cantabrian Double “00” Anchovy with Smoked Butter on Oven-Baked Brioche—were fantastic. The Sea Bass with Cauliflower Purée, Black Garlic, and Peas was superb. And for dessert, I tried Payoyo cheese tart for the first time—absolutely divine! Rich in flavor, smooth in texture, and unlike anything else I’ve had before.
All in all, an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

OMG! My first of many future stays at this lovely hotel! I’m still speechless after my experience at El Faro Restaurant. As a foodie with a sensitive stomach, I was blown away by the ajoblanco and albondigas—they brought me right back to my granny’s kitchen. The quality was outstanding, everything was light, nourishing, and full of flavor. The atmosphere? Quiet, elegant, and so relaxing. The service? Absolutely flawless. And those views… unforgettable!
It’s rare to find food that feels homemade, tastes incredible, and is gentle on your body. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and the whole experience was simply amazing. I honestly can’t wait to return and try more from their wonderful menu.

El restaurante se beneficia mucho de su ubicación dentro del hotel, que cuenta con una situación privilegiada y una bonita vista a la playa. El entorno es agradable y el espacio está bien decorado.
En cuanto a la propuesta gastronómica, la comida es correcta pero no destaca frente a otros restaurantes de la zona. La carta podría enriquecerse con platos más representativos del entorno y algunos detalles previos, como pan de la zona u aceite para degustar, que aportarían valor a la experiencia.
El personal es atento y profesional durante toda la comida. En conjunto, un lugar muy agradable por el entorno y el servicio, con margen de mejora en la propuesta culinaria.

Disfruté muchísimo con mi pareja de unos días de total desconexión en el hotel, todo fue perfecto. Terminamos volviendo varias veces a Faro porque nos encantó: la comida es una maravilla, con producto local de muchísima calidad y platos hechos con cuidado. Las croquetas estaban increíbles, los puerros confitados se volvieron un clásico en cada comida, y tanto el solomillo como la presa nos sorprendieron por su sabor y punto de cocción. El ambiente, el servicio y la comida hacen que queramos repetir sin pensarlo.
