Received 1 wrong sandwich, missing my cookie, my correct sandwich was missing meat? Everything in this area sucks, I didn’t think jimmy John’s would add to it. Already submitted a complaint, let’s see if it goes anywhere. Spent $40. Should have just gone out.

Giving a 3 because I normally eat from this location but today 8/27 around 2:05pm that crew didn’t seem to care (young teens), also one of the girls with braids or twist was all on her phone and gave no assistance . They burnt my bread and made a sloppy sandwich with barely any meat . I will be calling for the manager tomorrow because I don’t spend my hard earned money on slop!

I’d been going here for years and getting good sandwiches with generous portions of meat — I always order and pay for ”Xtra” meat and had been happy with the result.
Recently though (last month or two) the sandwiches have been sadly skimpy and thin. I asked an employee inside to double-check my sandwich was accurately made — if it had Xtra Turkey as I paid for — and he cheerily told me yes it did and it didn’t need more meat. (The attached photos show two different days’ orders that I asked employees about.)
I dunno if it’s a change in policy or new management/staff or what. I’ve tried asking employees, asking corporate — nothing seems to help. I know it’s hard times for everyone financially, but I miss the days of getting deli-style quantities of meat on my sandwich and I might have to start looking around for other places that are willing.

Jimmy John’s never disappoints! The sandwiches are always incredibly fresh — from the crisp veggies to the soft bread that tastes like it was baked that morning. My order is always ready in minutes, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work.

Usually love Jimmy Johns . But lately, it just keeps getting worse. Second time my order has been wrong, I got two tiny tomato ends and there was one slice of turkey on the second half of my sandwich. If you are gonna charge that much for a sandwich, do better! It will be a while before I go back.

I don’t get the feeling anyone at this location cares about what they’re doing. Ordered the new three cheese pizza sub, plus added bacon, which was added to my bill and I paid for, but of course when I received the sandwich NO BACON.
The sandwich consists of three cheeses, pizza sauce and bread, you had the job of adding three or four strips of bacon to the sandwich and you failed…
Not a warm, inviting or friendly atmosphere at all. And by reading the other reviews, this is not an isolated incident. No use calling back, my lunch will be over, not worth the hassle. For $13 and some change, I learned my lesson. I will definitely take my business to Penn Station across the street. Jimmy John’s is good! this location is not.

More than an hour to receive delivery, the food was of poor quality do to the delay in delivery. The sandwiches were soggy and the drinks were watered down from the ice completely melting in them. App stated the order was out for delivery when it wasn’t. An hour later the app stated it was delivered when it was not. This store should accurately show when and where the order is even if it may affect store metrics. Seeing how the store truly performs may help the store focus on the areas it needs to improve.
