I placed an online order. When I got there to pick it up I was told that it hadn’t came through yet. I mentioned that I had ordered it over 10 minutes ago and that it should have came through already. That is when she said she found it but the ticket had been thrown away on it. Well I pulled up to the window to get my one sandwich and was asked to pull forward to wait. I replied that I was in a hurry as I was on my way to work and that my sandwich should have been ready already. Well I pulled up and ended up waiting over 6 minutes more for my one sandwich. When it was finally brought out to me, it was just thrown together and barely had any cheeses on it at all. It is supposed to have 2 kinds of cheeses on it to begin with and only had one that was barely even there at all. I mentioned this to the guy who brought it out to me and he said I will remake it for you. That is when I said I don’t have time for that. I have to be at work. Then I just had to leave with low quality food. Terrible experience this time around. They definitely need to do better.

i came by there was a christmas party and you can tell how much the employees loved working with each other and they were very attentive to us as well. Michael recommended the Bacon Grilled Cheese and it was the best sandwich i’ve had in a long time. Will be back to this store very soon

The food was absolutely horrible, my dog turned her nose up at the hard as a rock over cooked biscuit. Sausage looked as it was steamed and egg was so thin you could see the sausage through it. Got there at 6:15 and hash rounds were hard cold and crunchy. Springfield do better in hiring your managers. I usually don’t eat out for breakfast, but was out early and decided to go here. Big mistake. They know once you get home or down the road you’re not coming back to complain so I will just say, I will never be back to buy food that is not edible.

The dining room was so clean and the restaurant smelled so nice! The cashier Stephanie Lee was top notch! She was so friendly and personable. I highly recommend the Springfield Hardee’s. By the way, my hot ham and cheese really hit the spot.

Very nice staff. My kids love the food and I love bringing them because it reminds me of when my dad brought me as a kid, time seems to slow down when enjoying a good Hardee’s biscuit with your family!

Today was my second visit at this Springfield Hardee’s. My order was very simple two pieces of smoked sausage. The employees and staff are incompetent and unable to ring up a simple sausage along – – – so they choose to charge you for a sausage and biscuit although you’re only getting the sausage. So for the second time, I have paid $6.56 for two pieces of smoked sausage. This is the same price that two smoked sausage biscuits would cost today. I watched as four employees got their heads together to try to have a team meeting – – – to figure out how to charge me for sausage only and they were unable to do that something that seems like such a simple task but instead they choose to rip you off and charge you for something you did not receive. No wonder this place has struggled for years.
