Definitely got food poisoning after eating here:
I would avoid stopping here.

Stopped in and decided to eat in rather than use the drive thru.
1) Was not even greeted upon entry
2) ordered very basic items.
3) Drive Thru was not busy nor was it at peak time. Receipt uploaded to show the time and date.
4) I waited literally 15 mins to get a simple order. Even 15 mins after ordering…..
Was not even given my drink cups
5) Food was legit cold and NOT fresh. (Despite waiting inside and not being greeted)
6) Even the McFlurry was not mixed.
7) The only person I saw that got things back in order was Antoine.
8) Antoine came in off of break and everyone immediately started working again.
9) Antoine really came in and( I watched him) get thing productive again.
Because nobody was doing anything
10) Observed very foul language coming from the back lines as well.

I really hate leaving reviews like this and I leave a lot of reviews…., but the staff here really need a lesson on how to do Front of House customer service.
Also, please make sure that Antoine is noted for his excellence.
Because Something tells me, A former McDonald’s manager that he probably deals with this a lot and isn’t paidffor all this.

They served off my single McChicken and I was waiting for 20 minutes. They told me it was my fault and then to stop talking when I tried to have a conversation about it. You should be fired. The only “right one” was me trying to get the food I paid for. Escalating a situation by telling me you aren’t the right one for me to have a conversation with when you’re the manager means you definitely don’t deserve your job. Get a life. I hope you get fired. Hire better workers that care.

Absolutely horrible experience here. The crew is unbelievably rude, service is horribly slow. I don’t ever expect much from McDonald’s but, this was absolutely ridiculous. My 10 year old could run a more efficient restaurant.

My first vist to McDonald’s in years, I don’t recall them being so automated. Placed our order at the kiosk and waited at least 15 minutes to be called to the counter to pick up order. The kiosk said it would be brought to our table. We weren’t given a receipt, several customers including myself had to go up and check the bags for our particular order. I waited to ask the lady for salt, not much of anything available to pick up at the drink counter. I also asked her how to get a refill on my tea/lemonade since the drink counter had no lemonade. . She said no refills. She wasn’t a very pleasant person either. So, my only human interaction here was a surly woman. Also, even though it took 15 minutes to get our food the burgers were not freshly cooked. The ambient noise was a constant annoying beeping from the kitchen. Bring back Ronald McDonald, he would be more pleasant behind the counter! I’d rather eat at Whataburger, they are very nice employees and the food is very good.

The manager at this location hates her job and life. And it’s abundantly obvious. It takes zero effort to put forth a smile when you’re taking someone’s money or even a thank you!! Nope she is the rudest, most hateful person I have ever seen! I stopped picking up Ubers from there due to her. And this morning I made the mistake of stopping for a biscuit on my way to an appt(knew better as I stopped eating there years ago) but was in a rush. The lady who handed me my food was very sweet. But the rude manager took my order and my card to pay before slamming the window at me and walking away without even acknowledging my existence. Do yourself a favor. And drive the extra distance to another location and save your money and time. Period

I will never understand local businesses that don’t uphold their corporate brand standards. The chief of which should be their standard of hospitality. I realize McDonalds has come a long way since Ray Kroc, but when you exist next door to a Chic Fil A, the contrast in customer service I glaring. Maybe you should send your employees over to get trained next door. There’s a reason their drive thru is always packed and yours is always empty. But, today is Sunday so got the unfortunate pleasure of trying to get breakfast at McDonalds when they had decided to switch over to lunch early because supposedly “they got a rush and it took all their food”. Which, as a former McDonald’s employee is code for “we care more about switching over the kitchen so it’s easier for us than we do about our customers than making more food.”

Well this is a McDonald’s. It is like every other McDonald’s. That is what makes their program work. One odd thing about this McDonald’s. What year would assume to be the entrance to the drive-thru, is just a parking lot. There is no entrance to the drive-thru from this parking area. For a first-time visitor it’s very confusing. Other than that, it’s like all the rest.

Wow do not go to the McDonalds on Ridgewalk parkway in Woodstock, Ga. I paid through the app and when I went to pick up my meal at the drive through the employee informed me they were closing and refused to answer if I would be refunded. I drove up to the window and was greeted by the worker (either Tom or Eric depending on who you ask) who said I was “slick” for ordering through the app.??? I continued to ask for a refund since he would not give anyone food. He finally asked for my code then slammed the window in my face. It was 4 o clock in the afternoon. Our meals were incorrect.

It took really long to get our food! Then we were given someone else’s food and I actually gave it to the right customers. We payed for apple pies and then was told we had to wait 8min on them. After 15min passed I asked about the pies and they forgot about us.then asked if we wanted to wait on pies to be cooked. Not an enjoyable dinner.

It first started with me ordering during this Monopoly event on the McDonald’s app, after I got my food I figured out my fry containers and drinks (both large which should have the stickers on them) didn’t have any, when I brought it to the employees attention, he told me “yeah, we are out of them” the one of the rudest tones ever. After that it took 3 different employees to give me my Large Lemonade and my other drinks I ordered (once again all didn’t have the sticker on them) and when they gave me the lemonade the first employee gave me a small lemonade, and when I told him hey it was supposed to be large he said, “that is the large” (same employee that was giving me an attitude already, and then I ask another person, they said, “that’s a small, let me get you a large” then proceeds to round the corner and say “we are out of lemonade” (in the entire store? Yall close in 4-5 hours) no one offered me a refund on any of the order that I was thinking would be filled with monopoly stickers, and they weren’t. Last I got 2 10 piece nuggets, both with 2 BBQ each, I got home and checked, 0 BBQ sauces. In all, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and I will never be going back unless I’m forced too. I never write reviews, but this was just messed up, I spend my hard earned money on something that could give me a big prize and I pretty much get scammed. The employees and possibly manager of this night shift at about 7:30, was the worst and least respectful bunch, unless they knew the person. NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS.
