Grabbed a Ham for Christmas. WOW reminded me and my mom of the old days as a kid eating our family dinners. Now that we are older we haven’t spent much time and this food is to talk about. I talk about the HAM and when it’s practical to get another. lol I just don’t have enough company for a common thing. For big families this is great 4 or more. Highly recommended

There is a big parking lot available. The store very organized. They have 6 register. They try to make it work as soon as They can. There was no line. They have different sides for Turkey or Ham. You can find fruit salad: French fries, Mashed potatoes, and cheesecake. reasonable price.

Great staff!!! However… 2nd year in a row where there was no honey glaze on the ham.
From last years experience, I asked to see the ham before purchasing. They said nope.
Brought this years ham to family dinner and again quite disappointed.
Pretty much burnt on the outside… I attached picture.
What I found out was they switched the vendors who cooked them, and it’s been a common complaint.
I’ll check next time to see if went back to the previous vendor as they were spot on.
My family from the East Coast came out and they wouldn’t eat it.. and they got 2 to 3 a year for the past 25 years.
We will probably go with costco next year unless they get their cooking process back to the previous way, and we get to see what we’re paying for.
Need to mention that Anthony is a fantastic manager!

Got this ham before New Year’s at Concord branch and found it burned around. It took me about 20 minutes to shave all the burned stuff so I could warm it up. I am so disgusted & frustrated about this ham. Your quality has deteriorated!!! I much rather buy ham from grocery stores & cook it myself!!!

I only really shop here a couple of times a year, so I don’t know if this is consistent, but this Thanksgiving the ham was especially salty, and the turkey was far sweeter than usual. Also, this was the first time I tried the Mac and cheese, and I wasn’t thrilled at how gritty it was, I’ll just stick with making my own.
I will still go back for another ham at Christmas time. It’s been amazing every other visit (at least 10 times prior to this one).

Place an order for a honey ham and one side dish. Went into the store picked it up and paid. I noticed that they charged me twice for a side dish so I went back in to get my refund and the cashier asked for assistance from I’m assuming a manager And instead of just giving me my refund, she went on to tell me that this was an online order and that I did it incorrectly and ordered two side dishes. So instead of just giving me my refund instead she found it necessary to place the blame. Now I’m looking at my online order and I only ordered one side dish and one ham I guess I could’ve pulled out my online order on my phone, but I thought how stupid just give me my refund so I can get out of here. This is my first purchase from honey ham store in concord and it will be my last. Recommendation next time just give the refund don’t try to place blame because just like in my case it was your cashiers error not mine however I chose just to get my refund and walk out.

By purchasing online, I was able to avoid the long wait in the line that extended outside and along the side of the building. I was in the line momentarily until a representative asked if there were online purchasers with QR codes encircled in a particular color in the line, she asked to see the QR codes and escorted us inside the store. There was a very short line that had 2 other people in it. I was in and out of that store in 5 minutes. I also talked to a friend who had her Honey Baked Ham shipped directly to her home. I will be doing that next year.
