Incredible, I got a hot chocolate with their seasonal pumpkin in it and it’s truly warmed my soul. If you stay they will serve it in a nice mug too. Highly recommend to anyone, support local! There seating downstairs but also lots upstairs perfect to come get some work done.

I had an overall good experience at Viator Coffee, but there were a few things that stood out. The matcha latte was really good but a bit pricey. This was also not a separate coffee shop on its own but part of a food court which was very off-putting. They didn’t have many food or pastry options choose from but at least there were other vendors.
That said, service was pretty slow. There were two people working, and it took a long time to get my order because they were still trying to catch up on previous orders and had even accidentally skipped a couple drinks so had to go back and make those. I also felt like the staff seemed pretty young and I had to wait to place my order while they were busy taking selfies, which didn’t feel very professional when customers were waiting.
They were very friendly, but the small talk felt a little forced, like they were trying a bit too hard to be overly nice rather than just being natural. Overall, good drinks and decent experience, but service and professionalism could definitely be improved.

Austin was amazing to work with for our brunch wedding on 10/17/21! Since we were going to serve brunch, we also wanted to cater coffee during our cocktail hour. The vendor we originally chose cancelled on us two months before our wedding, and after reaching out to the vendors they suggested, we booked Viator Coffee Co. They were able to honor our original cost and let us come in for a tasting. This was some of the best coffee we have ever had! We went with two signature drinks that fit our fall theme, and were able to get a personalized stamp to use on our coffee sleeves. Our experience was incredible, and over two months later, our guests are still talking about the delicious coffee we served at our wedding! Austin is the best, and we now have a new favorite coffee shop to visit.

I heard positive news about this place, I couldn’t wait to try… months pass and I’m finally out here. First thing I notice that it was not your normal type of coffee shop but a food court. I can’t help to express that smelling other types of food while sitting and trying to enjoy your coffee makes it least enjoyable. Hearing that they roast their own coffee beans really push me to get out there and try. Disappointed….
The cashier and barista were really nice, I like that no complains there and my drink was tasty Plus coffee art a plus plus.
They don’t serve food but the other places do, its totally irrelevant but I didn’t get the same level of service from the food vendors, maybe he thought I didn’t tip after I dropped money in the tip jar, versus charging it on my card. Notice all the others getting their food brought out except for mine.

If anyone is not giving this place 5 stars, I’d be shocked. Best coffee in greater Chicagoland. Top tier staff that really know the coffees they sell. I’m a huge fan of the rotating pour over varieties and always look forward to what’s new.

The coffee was really good, I had a seasonal apple cinnamon latte. There were several options available. Kind of a unique vibe in this place that I wasn’t expecting with the layout and setup of seating, not a bad thing at all.
