Too much food, chicken marsala tasted burned. Overheard a waiter and tell him a customer that the cook has been there a month and he panics when he gets too many orders, maybe that’s why food was burned. Johnny Carino’s food and service used to be very good, not anymore.

Terrible experience ever, first we were never probably attended by any hostess etc. No one was ever available to greet or sit us down. Appetizer took forever not to mention the food. I never got my chicken salad along with everyone else’s food. Hardly anyone catering to us and those who did eat at my table the food was cold. There wasn’t much people either so it’s not an excuse for them not to be able to attend to us. Never again save your money and go elsewhere.

I called to order something to go. The person on the phone didn’t know of the lasagna had Italian sausage in it. She said it had some kind of meat. Wow. She said she’d find out, then hung up on me. I called again, and another woman answered. She seemed to know I’d called but asked me to reorder. Seriously. I asked to speak to a manager in the hopes that perhaps someone competent could help me order dinner for me and my 3 year old granddaughter. That second person hung up on me too.
Service is unacceptable.

Jacob the manager did call me back after a few minutes and helped me order dinner. He was helpful and even threw in a tiramisu for the trouble. Ok, I’m sorry too.

I got food poisoning the one and only time I ever ate there. Service was terrible. They ran out of everything I wanted to order. I ended up eating what they had available and got really really sick to my stomach. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place.

These guys understand the lunch rush. they know you don’t have a lot of time so they get you the food quick, and it’s delicious, and the portions are good, and the prices are excellent. And the servers are really nice and friendly.

Curb side pick up is great they make it so convenient and the staff is very friendly. One time they did confuse our order but they were quick to make up for it.
