I ordered buttered noodles with a variety of toppings through Uber eats. I did not order corn because I have a corn allergy. It looks like they ran out out of roasted zucchini because there was no zucchini on my noodles. It looks like they tried to substitute corn instead of zucchini, which I did not ask for. There are several scoops of corn that they added to my pasta and it is mixed in so now I can’t eat the pasta. I ended up having to throw my order away because the store did not put the right toppings on. People need to be much more mindful at the store as to what toppings people ask for on their items for takeout orders because I can’t be there to tell them that they can’t put something on my food. Now I have to throw my order away because of their carelessness.

So far I have had great experiences at this Noodles and Company location every time I dine in or take out. The staff are nice and make sure your food is well made. The food is well made and the environment is clean.

Had noodles many times, but tonight we really noticed the quality of service. A young girl, high school aged, took our order and was extremely helpful and engaged with our kids. Awesome start. Then the nicest guy from the kitchen brought out our food. Very kind, polite, helpful. Rare these days.

Got the Mac and Cheese with extra sauce on door dash and received noodles with melted cheese on top with NO sauce, and a tablespoon of “extra” sauce on the side. I know I ordered pretty close “closing” on door dash, but if you didn’t want people to order at that time, you should close it to ordering sooner. For reference, I placed the order half an hour to an hour before the actual location closed.

Ordered take-out. Usually good and consistent quality. Got a simple dish of noodles with butter topped with parm chicken. Noodles were undercooked and hard. Couldn’t get a plastic fork through them!

They forgot to bag my potstickers so when I went back to get them they apologized so many times and I wasn’t upset about it or anything but that was super kind. And then they offered me a free drink or cookie to make it up which was super kind. Great food, great service. A little weird to see a bunch of them on their phones at one point in the front of the store (like at least do it where I can’t see you and I’ll assume you’re working). Seemed a little over-staffed in that case. Nice kids though.
