If you want great quality Italian food in El Paso this place is a must. Joel was our server and gave us excellent recommendations. We tried the mussels, meatballs and fritto misto to start, followed by three pastas and the pollo parmigiana. Everything was delicious. For dessert we ordered all four options, the gelato was amazing and the Nutella calzone was so hugeeee we had to take it to-go. Great service, great food, highly recommend.

The service was great, our waiter was very attentive, and gave great food recommendation. The tomato basil and Chef’s choice pasta was so delicious. If you come here I would recommend La Dolce Vita for a sweet cocktail.

We’ve been here a handful of times and the people are always very friendly. Tonight our waiter, Ivan, was exceptional and Chef Brendan came out to greet us. A wonderful experience and delicious food.

This ristorante is located inside the Doubletree Hotel in Downtown El Paso Tx. Excellent service by Aida. I was greeted by Evan. Aida is patient, attentive, and professional. I ordered the Mushroom Risotto for an appetizer and the Shrimp Tagliatelle for the main course. I had not eaten either one before and was so happy I was introduced to these foods. Very good food. So glad I came to Casa Nova Ristorante today. Aida was an excellent server. Kudos to the Chef.

Nothing but absolute great things about Casanova. Service was impeccable, our waitress was very attentive. The atmosphere felt very intimate for our party of 6. Food was DELICIOUS! We had the ravioli, ribeye steak, chicken parmigiana, and the braised short rib! Everything was absolutely delicious! We cannot wait to come back.

Came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and a Chihuahua game and stopped in here. The food is great and good portions. Those that know me, there is never food left over, but I literally couldn’t eat all of it. It was very delicious and Allyse, our server was great with when to come and when not to.

The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night at 6pm. There’s obviously a reason for this. The food looks pretty when it comes out but wow, it was bland. I had clumps of pasta stuck together. It’s pricey considering what you get. There’s no bread service either. They have a sign that says “best Italian in El Paso”….more like worst. Don’t waste your time. Maybe you’ll catch them on a good night, but I won’t go back there. The theme in their ratings is inconsistency.

I arrived around 9pm on a Saturday and ordered the short ribs dish. Honestly the dish doesn’t look appealing but it wasn’t bad at all. The service was excellent!!! George was a great server/bartender

It is not good as Americanized Italian food and a far cry from the authentic Italian food advertised. An insult to anyone who is hoping for an authentic taste of Italy on their visit. Dull uninspiring flavors coupled with a lack of direction and taste. The only saving grace is the strong atmosphere, but that’s not worth the $250 dollar bill for a family of four. I’ll stick to Olive Garden that, while not authentic at the very least, doesn’t feel like an overpriced clownshow.
