You guys need to pay her more!
By herself, taking all these dang orders, moving like the flash up in there and getting out all these orders expeditiously. Not even missing a beat with customer service. I have seen others in this scenario and their attitude towards customers change, understandably, due to them being overwhelmed.
This young lady handled this with grace and speed. I asked to just tip her as well as other customers at that time and she said she was not allowed to just take the tips herself and it’s split between them.
If an employee is by themselves, slaving away, due to the lack of effective scheduling from the manager/owner, they should be compensated for doing double or triple of the work. At least allow them to accept direct tips.
Anyway. She was amazing, manager sucks, and she was consistent with the ingredients and measurements of everything. I think she should go find a job that pays more for the amazing work ethic she has.
But anyway. I forgot to get her name, but she killed it today. Hopefully the management tells her how great she is.

I love the convenience of the app. I allows me to get healthy fast food. Everything is fresh and always made well. Maybe 1 in 4 visits they feel a little understaffed and there is a wait, but using the app helps avoid that. Regardless, the workers are always hustling and kind.

Very nice, clean juice bar. Tastes are different than other places. I like how the juices are fresh squeezed and the staff is super friendly and helpful!! I had the berry banana and it was amazing. She used red apples instead of the milk as I’m not a dairy fan. Thank you

I came in to pick up an order I had placed 20 minutes earlier. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for another 15 minutes before anyone looked up to assist me. I understand the store was busy, and I am one of many customers they graciously serve each day, but a brief acknowledgment would have made all the difference. When I was finally greeted by a kind and professional staff member, she promptly handed me my drink, which had clearly been prepared and waiting in the cooler. The drink was lovely, as always—worth the visit. I simply hope future pickup experiences come with a touch more attentiveness. A little grace in the chaos goes a long way.

This is an amazing place, usually pretty busy but their service is so quick and efficient you’ll never notice.
We got a couple açaí bowls to start our morning, and get energized for the day. The whole place smells amazing from outside and in as well!
The menu is simple and easy to follow, and the prices are very reasonable! Check this place out.

The employees were happy and worked fast. It wasn’t too busy, and there are places to sit inside. I got the Banana Berry Smoothie for free on Veterans day! It tasted healthy. Thanks Nekter! ❤
