This isn’t dairy queen anymore. But when it was it was the worst. They always overcharged. The prices they charged was higher than what was on the menu.

Id rate it one stars if the pepsi wasn’t decent. I paid $17 for a 6pc chicken basket, a SMALL frosty, and a Pepsi. The fries tastes like acid, which tells me their fryer oil needs changed, the chicken was dryer than an 80 Y/O SW. My blizzard was okay I guess, it was mixed on top, just vanilla ice cream bottom half. Which is understandable if it was a large, but it’s a $5 small frosty. Screw this DQ, go anywhere else and save yourself the money.

Been having more and more interest in coming back! The lady there which I’d guess is the manager or something she’s very kind. Staff there get things done quick even when the drive thru is a little busy so whatever they’re doing it’s working. Had two cheeseburgers along with their yummy pretzel sticks and a blizzard and those were the best burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life!! Besides their ice cream is good quality a lot and they make really good blizzards!! Keep it up I’m dead serious. Hoping that things continue to improve here things are headed in the right direction it appears from a customer standpoint. 🙂

Cashier was confusing when offering additional items with order. Be confident! You are the expert! The blizzard was top half goodies and bottom half soft serve. The top was delish!! The fries were outstanding!

I ordered in the drive thru tonight, 2 ice creams. The young woman with blonde in her hair gave me a medium and a small and asked if that was what I ordered. Another dark haired teenage girl was there. I told the one who asked me, no I ordered a large not a medium. She turned around and told the other girl, who said “if she wants a large she will have to pay for it.” I said if I paid for the medium and that’s what I got then that is fine. They both looked at the screen and read ALOUD a large and a small. That was what I ordered, paid for, but did not get. So as i waited to see what they say after that, one opens the window and asked very rudely, “what do you need?” Which I replied “I just wanted to make sure everything is ok, I got what a paid for right?” She replied “yes” again very rude. So I told her calmly she didn’t have to be a smart aleck. As I drove away she yelled out the drive thru window, with customers behind me, with my son in the car with me, “@itch!”
So I pulled around, asked for the manager in the drive thru (I thought they were closed on the inside) and waited out by the door before going in. When I went in, that girl was not standing there. A woman manager knew what I wanted as the other lady with blonde in her hair told her who I was. I explained to her what happened. I was shaking and upset because i do not appreciate being talked to that way, nor do I appreciate rudeness from a person who serves the public as her job.
That manager on duty said she would let the manager the next day know. His name is David Hermish. I will also be calling myself on this. From what other reviews I read, this is common and quite ridiculously sad from their staff. Will not be returning. Also, they never gave me an apology or a refund for overcharging me, hoping I wouldn’t catch on!

Ive been here before on my travels and not sure what happened this time. Dining area wasnt open and i wanted a break from driving. So went through drive through and service was great got a blizzard and 2 freshly nuked burgers. I ate the first one but not the 2nd. I know they can do better.

Our family visited this location once and had a mediocre experience. The rest room was dirty and looking like it had been neglected for quite some time. The service was fast buy oddly they have us our blizzard in a cup that was too large and ice cream looking melted, sort of like shake. They remade it for us no problem.

Messed up our order, forgot to make the blizzard and it wasn’t flipped (apparently they don’t flip their blizzards at this location). Chicken and fries were heated but not crispy. Ladies next to me hasn’t been given their drink cups and the gentleman waiting next to me while they made my blizzard received the saddest, smallest vanilla cone I have ever seen when he ordered chocolate!

I would give this dairy Queen a -5 stars. There fries was cold. All if my family’s blizzards were melted down and milky. They got our order wrong on multiple things and occasions. I will never be returning to this Dairy Queen again. This was my worse experience ever. You wouldn’t even be able tip the blizzard upside down without it falling and spilling ever thats how melty it was. DON’T COME HERE.
