The Meat Lovers Pan Pizza I got was pretty good. Pan is always better than thin crust. I liked the bread sticks too. Also has a claw machine game with some stuffed animals in there. Five stars!

If you want even a half decent experience, look elsewhere. This Pizza Hut has gone lengths unlike any I have seen to make sure their customers are unhappy. They have accused my pregnant girlfriend of lying about not receiving her order, when, in reality, the driver didn’t even deliver to the correct apartment(WHEN THE APARTMENT NUMBERS ARE ON THE DOORS) They put the smallest amount of sauce possible on their wings, they don’t even care to full cut their breadsticks and/or pizza, which is part of their job. I understand that I can cut my own, but when it is quite literally someone’s job and you are giving a finished product to a customer, you could at least not cut corners. This Pizza Hut is by far the worst Pizza Hut in 50 miles, and West T doesn’t even come close to as bad and that’s saying something. You guys could be and do so much better, but you hire people who don’t care and who berate customers instead of having actual customer service skills.

Very friendly not over friendly but very nice young lady that made nice small talk would recommend eating here very clean place and she was honest and said its cheaper to get a large rather then the medium, I was going to order. Ill be honest probably one of the best i’m dying in experiences I’ve had in a while. You could tell that she enjoyed her job making harmless jokes like you better drink all that pepsi after i ask for a refill with my response, absolutely can’t waste a good fountain, pepsi drink moral of the story, I just wish there was more of the younger generation I like this young lady.

Made an online order and said would be done in 23 minutes, but the app said 50 minutes. I called the store and she said they are behind it’s just her and the cook. I got to drive up and she said would be 10 minutes and handed me the receipt and had someone else’s name on it. I ask if this was mine was told. So I waited about 15 minutes and came back. Another lady gave me the pizza which was wrong, and gave my name and another woman ask what the issue was and her co-worker told her I got the wrong pizza and when she told her my name the other lady said it’s been sitting right here. I looked at food it seem to be right but when eating pizza we noticed either the dough was not correct or something. Was told 2 people were working but counted at least 5 people working. So do not why they were having issues.

Pizza undercooked. The waitress got puff when I told her the sweet tea was unsweetened. Once the food was delivered to our table, we never saw waitress again, until she brought the bill. Smiles expecting a good tip.

They never have your order ready, never know what’s going on….forget items and act clueless. Love Pizza Hut but this is by far the WORST location….really wish they would get new management or people who knew what they were doing.

Absolutely do not go here! This place is not what it once was…ordered some pastas, a taco pizza, and pepperoni pizza for six people. The pepperoni came out cheese. We told the server it was not a big deal and we’d keep it, but she never even returned to the table to refill drinks. She was awful! We had to go to the counter to get boxes, and to get our bill. She literally never came back to the table after got our food. We’ve gone there for 30+ years, but good riddance. I could never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 8 waitress took our orders and brought us our drink never seen her again until it was time to get a receipt. Had to take our glasses to the counter to get refills, the manager need some training in customer service because she has zero. On a good note the food is usually good thought except for the chicken Alfredo that’s drier than the Sahara Desert and has about 2 pieces of chicken in it.
