I had ordered a coffee ahead and once I got there, it was already supposed to be done. When I asked the workers, they assumed someone probably had either taken it by mistake/stolen it. So, they made me a new one asap and also gave me a $4 gift card for the inconvenient and coverage. So sweet of them! Thank you so much!

I spent an entire day doing finals in this establishment. I experienced such warm hospitality from the barista “Camille”. She made me a delicious pour over that was superb. Went above and beyond to make sure my time here was enjoyable. Hire more employees like her!

This is a nice Starbucks. Very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I like the seating in this one. There’s lots of nooks to have more private conversations. I met a friend for coffee today and we were there for a couple hours talking. When customers were not at the counter, staff was cleaning and wiping down things. Made me feel like it was clean. They get it.

What a nice and warm ambience!! The customer service is great. Unless the busiest time, mostly you can be welcomed by the starbucks partners. The indoor signboard is so cute and informative. You don’t need to check the app for what’s happening and what event you can enjoy.
Spacious and well-managed clean store with a parking lot. They run a drive-through as well.

Starbucks is my goto for black coffee. I don’t like the fancy whipped cream stuff, but I also don’t fall for all the artisan independent coffee houses. Starbucks makes high quality roasts, black and blonde, and I highly recommend them for premium coffee.

Unbelievable. Got there 11:44am. Got 4 drinks. Got 3 frapps at 11:52am. Didn’t get my chai until 12:26pm. They need more staff or better staff or just more machines. Definitely smarter staff tho. One lady was on the front of the counter talking to customers instead of helping the girls in the back with drinks when she knew the wait time was 30 minutes. Don’t suggest going there on holiday weekends.

I had an Uber Eats order prepared by Kenzyrah at the Fairmount Starbucks, and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had – enough so that I had to get online to leave a review.
Not only was the order perfectly sealed and separated to survive a long journey, but she also included a thoughtful handwritten message that brightened my entire day. This kind of professionalism, care, and attention to detail goes far beyond the call of duty, especially since going into the café was a part of my routine.
In a world where fast service can sometimes feel impersonal, Kenzyrah proved that kindness and excellence can travel miles. Her actions reflect a true ambassador for Starbucks’ values, and to ensure the higher ups recognize what a rare gem she is , here’s my little poem of thanks:
In every sip, her kindness shows,
A steady hand, a heart that glows.
Through coffee cups and journeys long,
Kenzyrah’s care makes service strong

I feel bad for writing this review because I’m sure the employees are just doing what they are told, but it has to be said. The last few weeks every time I have come in to pick up my mobile order there is writing on my cup and it always says very nice things but my issue is that I don’t want toxic marker on my cup. It’s all I can smell when I sip my coffee and it ruins the taste as well as permanent markers CAN seep through plastic and I don’t want that in my drink. I don’t have time to go into the cafe and order that’s why the mobile ordering is so convenient, so I will no longer be buying from Starbucks unless I can find a location where there isn’t writing on the cups. The employees here are so nice and I don’t want them to get in trouble but I’m sick of spending upwards of $8 on a cup of coffee just to smell toxic chemicals the whole time I drink it.
