Drive thu lady was very pleasant to deal with while I ordered for my family. Fries were hot, lemonade perfect, burgers were hot and juicy. And on top of it all I watched the lady at the pickup window personal check our order and make sure it was what we had ordered. That’s service right there, Wendy’s!

715pm at the drive thru… Wife asked for large chili. No chili… Will take. 1-2.hours to make. While we are looking for something else, the voice says, “we might have enough for a small bowl.”. I can’t believe I even ate here. The place was disgusting. My food was cold, and management was terrible. I was there around 9-10pm last night, and the manager on duty was terribly repulsive. I came a few nights ago and the manager Jordan was amazing, he made sure I was taken care of. I left tonight and they would not give me sauce… I think the manager was Karen, she was horrendously terrible at running the place. Worse customer service I have ever received. I will NEVER come back because of the experience. Took 20 minutes to receive my order. THATS RIDICULOUS! Maybe find someone that actually wants to be there.

This Wendys was the WORST I’ve ever gone to!! First, all the tables were sticky, and there was trash and crumbs all over the floor. The food was over cooked, and dry. The only thing you could do to avoid that was getting sauce on it. The only pro about this place was the politeness of the workers. I will not be coming back here again. So if you don’t want to pay an outrageous price for that kind of food, don’t go to this Wendy’s!!!

The only thing positive to say is that the staff was very polite! The tables were sticky. No ketchup in the dispensers. The floor has trash and crumbs on it. The seats had tears in them. The soda dispenser was dirty all in the splash guard, dispenser tip was clogged. The spicy chicken sandwich used to be the absolute best chicken sandwich on the market, back when it was an actual piece of chicken breast. The flat patty served now is no better than a Tyson patty found in any freezer section of any grocery!

Was passing by on a road trip, but the kids were screaming Wendy’s food, so we stopped by for lunch. We chose the drive-through. Employees were very friendly, and food came out hot and as ordered. That’s hard to find these days, but this Wendy’s location gets it.

Stopped in from out of town. I ordered a large fry, small chili, and a strawberry lemonade. I received a small fry in a large container, a cup full of beans, and a HOT lemonade. They said there was a boil water advisory. Then don’t sell lemonade?? Worst fast food experience in my life.
